Huntington Learning Center East Northport

My son is a student at Huntington Learning Center in East Northport for SAT preparation. His teachers, Michael & John, have really helped prepare him for his upcoming SAT exam. The SAT prep has also helped my son’s grades in his classes at school improve. My son has had such a positive experience here that he would like to continue with tutoring for some of his high school classes. I strongly recommend HLC.

PLEASE do not put your child in huntington learning. If I could give them zero stars I would. Staff is very unprofessional, antisocial, and not worth the money. Just hire a private tutor that is an actual teacher and save yourselves thousands of dollars.

As someone whose daughter and nephew attended this center, I strongly believe in the programs they provide. They focus on where your kids really need help, without all of the de-motivating busy work that so many teachers give our kids.

I can’t say enough about Huntington. My daughter was pretty behind due to her last year at school. When COVID hit, I decided to have my daughter start with Huntington online. Since then that has switched to in-person but we can go online at any time with the same tutor. They have the whole system worked out. We are just about to finish our program, and not only is she caught up, she is now getting her better grades than before COVID. It is a wow for us as a family. We are grateful for Huntington building such a connection with our daughter and having an excellent plan for her success.

My son Jacob took the college test prep program at Huntington - it was absolutely worth it! His ACT score increased by 7 points which earned him several scholarship offers, including a full ride! He just started college last month. The investment in this program definitely paid off. Instead of covering a lot of topics he already knew, Huntington does a personalized program with a teacher that was just for him, instead of the group classes that everyone seems to have. He was on the football team which made scheduling a challenge but they helped us make it work!

Our oldest child is going through SAT prep with Huntington Learning Center of East Northport and we could not be more pleased. My child's score increased by 200+ points, and she earned valuable scholarships as a result. Our second child's trajectory is moving in a similar direction. I think this is an investment that is well worth it! As parents, we appreciated the professionalism and care exhibited by all staff members with whom we interacted. Hope my review helps someone to make a similar decision. I know you won't regret it.

I'm very proud to say that Huntington has been the best gift we have given to our son. Great staff, great experience. Very helpful for students who are having troubles in their academics, studies, and confidence. My son is doing so well since he started coming here. We would definitely recommend this center to any family who needs that extra boost in their children's education. Thumbs up for Huntington Learning Center.
