I went for an oil change and breaks and found out a lot more needed to be done. They were honest about what needed to be done now and what can wait. I will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

This is not my second time getting my vehicle serviced at Hunts Point Auto Sales & Services. They have a great team. I was able to make my appointment to work around my schedule and that is something that I appreciate. I got consistent follow up messages and all the work that needed to be done on my car. One other great thing that I appreciate. What’s the communication and the QuickTime it took for me to get back my car.

My Bella, 2010 Honda Odyssey, was due for some major overhauling. Right before I brought her in she became a victim of a hit and run while parked. SoOoOo my insurance claim covered the body work which they BeAuTiFuLLy completed AFTER all the internal stuff was complete. Then my Baby Girl couldn’t pass inspection, something having to do with the “computer” stuff. I took their advice ran her for over 100 miles straight and she was able to pass with flying colors. The crew at this “family” business is tight knit, they know their business, the owners defer to the mechanics and vice versa, making this a smooth operation. It took a minute to get my baby back on the road, but trust and believe she was a mess. They’re very transparent, go over every detail and charge. Their waiting room is clean, stocked with coffee and snacks and the ladies holding it down in the office are so accommodating. I have challenges with my legs, so they drove me to the car rental place to pick up my vehicle. No worries, no problems. Me and my Bella have chosen Hunts Point Auto to be our “PCP” Primary Car Practitioner

I love this auto place. Would have given a 5 but the waiting time was a bit to long and I have to return because the mechanic forgot to do something or other on the car for the check engine light to turn off. Other than that Freddy and Nelson are great. Especially Freddy who took the time to explain to my son and I how to maintain the car, etc.which my father did until his passing. My father would advise me what to do and Freddy took the time to explain to me what I can do and will follow his instructions. I most definitely plan to return to finish the job (radiator flush I believe) and to check the oils in the car as Freddy instructed I should do. Just need to make sure I leave by 3pm. I found myself driving back home and it was dark. Not good (No night vision) and very scary.

Received prompt service even though I had no appointment. Problem was explained and fixed.

Dropped off my car in the morning and it was ready mid afternoon. Nelson and Jimmy took care me really well everything was explained before they did the work and I’m very happy with their service.

Even after moving to Jersey over a decade ago, Hunts Point remains the only place I’ll go for auto glass. The staff are always the consummate professionals and the service is impeccable.

A business that acknowledges your presence as you walk through the door. Respectful and courteous, has a customer waiting area, free Wi-Fi with password posted. Coffee and clean bathroom. Said it would take an hour and kept their word.

So my car was broken into they had the part in stock and I was able to get my car in and out the next day within a few hours and all glass particles was removed from inside my car thoroughly
However the only reason I didn’t give a 5 start is because I believe I’m still hearing some glass particles when I close that door shaking inside there

They are a "no frills" kinda place. Very very thorough and they dont "F" around. Real straight shooters. They tell you what your automobile needs, and they have the capability to fix it. I like that alot! Well done guys. Thank you
