I haven’t had my Tattoo yet, however, the customer service has been amazing. I recently got into a car accident and had to reschedule an appointment last minute due to my injuries. Not only was my artist Eena understanding, and provided me several times to reschedule to, but she was extremely empathetic and kind. They are super flexible and genuinely want you to be comfortable and happy when you come to get your tattoo. I’m so excited for that day to come.

Schrail Edmund was the most unprofessional artist i dealt with. He acted like he cared about the expensive piece I was looking for then changed everything the day before the session. Did not listen to input about the design and took my deposit then stopped answering my text messages. I’m sure this shop is overall good but Schrail will try to take your money or force you into paying double to get another session. Avoid him.
