I recently updated my old car for a sparkling new one. Since I'm cheap and don't buy cars often, I was concerned about changing over insurance. Emily was very kind and helpful and got it done for me with ease. She faxed my new insurance cards to the dealership and it was super easy. Actually I didn't do anything, so it was more than easy. Emily did it all. And then she took a look at the policy and determined that as a long time Hutchings customer, there were savings that could be applied to my policy. Again, it was easy. I did nothing and Emily saved me more than a lizard at a competing insurance firm could. I can tell you that Hutchings is a good place to do business with and the people there are much more friendly and helpful than a British accented gecko. I recommend them

The agents and staff are very friendly and personable. They are professional, yet down to earth people—not stuffy, stiff white-color robots. Unlike those insurance companies seen on TV that only know you as a number and dollar sign, the agents and staff at Hutchings get to know their clients and work hard to fulfill all their insurance needs at the best rates—and I’m talking from experience! And, yes, “real” people who answer the phones at the office—not some automated machine instructing you to hold & press this or that number until frustration wins and you hang up.
