I've been a regular patient at this office, where both Dr. Sarah and hygienist Olga work for years, visiting twice annually. From the front office staff to their assistants, everyone is consistently pleasant and communicative. Dr. Sarah and Olga, who are both simply fantastic, excel at making me and my child feel comfortable, conducting thorough check-ups, and promoting good dental hygiene. They both stand out as some of the best professionals I've encountered - patient, informative, and performing meticulous and detailed cleanings. Their encouraging approach never makes me feel uncomfortable. Overall, it's been an outstanding experience, and I hope it remains this way.

Feeling so fresh fresh and so clean clean! Diana deep cleaned 10 years of neglect! For that being said she made me feel brand new! I didn’t even feel the needle very gentle and thorough got every nic and cranny! Trust me I had a whole yellow tooth and idk how the hell diana made that white again! But the work it’s amazing! Brilliant I recommend her to anyone that want to snatch their teeth back into shape again! I didn’t think it was possible! Because of her anything is possible! Angel fingers! I am so blessed! I went to them because my coworker highly recommended me to them and metro dental didn’t disappoint! I’m coming from Yorktown! 45 minute ride because they r that good! Lol ;) honestly …. Now I’m gonna be proud and wearing my smile and enjoy the rest of my hot girl summer with a new smile!

Every time my mother goes to this clinic for cleaning. Olga charged my mother from $500 to $600. Why

I went to Huchington Metro Dental for teeth cleaning. First day, they did X-ray and evaluation and then gave a date for deep cleaning. When I went to the 2nd day for cleaning, the hygienist on duty said you already got cleaning of your half, and today I am doing the rest. I said what? They didn't do any cleaning yet. How come you saw I did half? She replied, "Hygienist Diana left a note that she did half cleaning, and she sent a bill to my insurance. Actually, she did not. This dental does fraudulent and steal money from insurance.

Hygienist Diana sent a false bill by name. She sent a bill to my insurance that she did cleaning of my teeth. Actually, she did not clean my teeth. She just saw them and made a false cleaning bill. She also asked me to give her 200 dollars for medication. It's just fluoride that you don't need it.

I used to come here for years. The wait time is horrible. Prepare to wait for an hour or more before you are seen. You have to be there within the 15 min grace period, but they will have you wait hours. They do great work but the last time I was here I made an appointment and asked the prices for a cleaning out of pocket I was never told I HAD to pay for x-rays or I won't be seen that takes a simple cleaning from $120 to $200. I got to the office to be told I HAVE to pay $200 or I won't be seen. I wasted my time. The front desk needs to be prepared to answer these types of questions, not just know how much stuff costs. I won't be back.

The lady that clear my teeth for me today was extremely careful and respectful. She did an excellent job. I did not feel any pins or pain. Am recommending her to be the best staff of the year 2023. Her name is Samantha Asiedu. I got home I told my husband anytime he goes to the dentist again. He must ask for Samantha. I will tell all the teachers in my school to change their dentist to Hutchinson Metro Dental because of Samantha. I thank you so much for your patience and care. She is always smiling. Please give her a raise in her salary.

There’s a Russian lady hygienist I ADVISE YOU DO NOT GO TO HER ESPECIALLY IF YOU HSVE A TEEN SHES RUDE NO BEDSIDE MANNERS WHATSOEVER HER MOUTH IS DISRESPECTFUL SHE SPEAKS AS IF SHE MEANS WELL ITS A FRONT! She spoke of what my son was wearing on his feet (slides) I requested that I don’t want her treating my son and what did they do I found out when I went to the back she was attending to him I immediately told my so. Let’s go! Now! Now this was the second visit fyi it took every fiber of my being to not lay her out so to avoid looking like the typical ghetto chick I simply removed myself from her presence. PLEASE PPL DONT LET THIS LADY WORK WITH YOUR CHILD!

Hygienist Lisa is excellent. She is expertly skilled at her profession. She is detailed and highly knowledgeable in her presentation. Great care is taken to explain her findings, what she will do to address them and what I the patient must also do. Lastly, her demeanor is cheerful.welcoming and reassuring. We patients are definitely in good hands with Lisa.

I had Olga. She was so sweet and gave helped me out with my teeth care how to take better care of them. Everyone in there was super helpful.:)

Hutchinson metro dental are not truthful, today they say this and the next day different thing.they are liars.

Olga the dentist hygienist was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. She did an amazing job. She explained everything to me very well.

Dr. Olga was truly superb in my deep cleaning and offered a proper assessment along with instant restorative treatment same day to clean up my teeth. Dr. Olga works with enthusiasm and passion which is greatly appreciated always! May she continue to provide extraordinary services all days of her life!

I had my cleaning today with Olga, she is very skilled and informative, detail oriented and the result is amazing, I had noticed my teeth with a yellowish tone and I asked her, she really cleaned them and the results are amazing like when I was young!

I am elatively new as a patient to HMT. I found my that my dental hygienist, Lisa was exceptional. She was professional, but personable. Lisa, was informative, reassuring, she put me at ease thru my procedures.
My overall experience was made great because of her lovely personality.

1st Visit: was okay I had to wait over an hour to been seen. It was very crowded. The DR.was behind scheduled.
2nd visit: was good. The work I needed to be done was.
3rd visit: WAS BAD. I received TWO (2) messages from Diane who informed me that dental work was approval by insurance. So I called to schedule an appointment and went in.
Receptionist asked me to fill out the form AGAIN. The first day I did it they misplaced it. I needed to fill out another one. THIS WAS DONE to ANOTHER PATIENT TOO. He said he already fill out the forms and she said it not in the system if he can do it again.
THEN When I went in to do the work that I was called for and was informed that it was approved. The Dr.came and asked what he doing today. Because I need to thing done. I informed him which one I was there for. He check his screen and left the room. Then came in a lady (who handle insurance information) to informed me that I only have a certain amount $$$ left on my insurance. I would have to pay the rest out of pocket. I informed her I received a call that it was covered by my insurance. But they already did that job on me on the right side. If I need that work done again on my left side of my teeth I would have to pay out of pocket. She started to talk about Care Credit. I said no to Care Credit. She informed me that I would have to wait till next year for the work to be covered by the insurance. I informed I just came in for nothing. Why wasn't this told to me on the phone? Diane called me twice (2 time). And I return the call AND INFORMED ME IT WAS APPROVED. Prior to your appointment they MUST CHECK YOUR INSURANCE TO SEE IF THE WORK IS COVERED AND THEY SHOULD CHECK WHAT YOU HAD DONE IF YOU BEEN SEEN BEFORE. What they think I going to pay out of pocket. OR THAT I HAVE NOTHING TO DO BUT WASTE MY TIME GOING IN FOR APPOINTMENT WHEN NOTHING CAN BE DONE UNLESS I PAY OUT OF MY POCKET. AND IT NOT CHEAP. DENTAL WORK IS EXPENSIVE. I WENT TO THE APPOINTMENT FOR NOTHING. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Lisa the hygienist who did my cleaning was knowledgeable and thorough in the process. She was also attentive and did a wonderful job. From start to finish the process was smooth, the atmosphere was welcoming and made you feel confident that you would have a great experience and top notch service. They truly did not disappoint.
