Everyone was so pleasant and nice. They did not try to talk me into doing something to my car that I felt did not need to be done. They were amazing explained everything great and I will definitely be going there for all of my car needs.

Kyle and Caleb were amazing and helped me get into my new 2024 Nissan Frontier! The process was quick and smooth, never any pressure to buy, everyone in the office was super friendly and it was just an all around wonderful experience. You have made a customer for life!

I've been buying new cars and trucks for over 40 years and I've never had a more enjoyable experience. Theresa was extremely competent but more importantly she was a delight to work with, friendly and personable. The rest of the crew bent over backwards to make the process as easy and quick as possible. Thanks again

Theresa was amazing. She was super considerate of my busy schedule and arranged everything in advance to streamline my stay at the dealership. She even went as far as to go over the vehicle details with my delivery driver while I was signing the papers. I will def be back

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

Worst car repair experience I have ever had (and that's saying something). Flat out lied to me and then wouldn't even fix what they said they would. I asked if they could program 2 keys for my Nissan Xterra and they said they will try and if it didn't work they wouldn't charge me. They said it worked and I left only to be locked out of my car the next day at the grocery store because they didn't program the LOCK BUTTONS on the remote. So I call and say I want a refund because they either didn't program the remotes correctly or did half the job. They said to come back and they'll fix it, which I said I didn't want to because it costs me over $70 in gas to get there and back because it's so far away. They insisted, so I go up only to have the repair guy say no we can't fix it and and we won't be refunding you. So I wasted another $70 in gas alone for them to NOT fix the problem AND not refund my money even though I reiterated that they told me initially if it didn't work then they wouldn't charge me, which is the only reason why I agreed to have them try in the first place.

Then when I called back to speak to the manager of the service department, he didn't like that I said I don't consider something that works 50% of the time to be working, so he hung up on me. Even the head of the dealership said she'd call me back after speaking with service and she never did.

Overall they are all sketchy and will lie to your face just to get your money. They do not care about their customers and that is painfully obvious.

My car was brought to Huttig to have the seat heater part put in, my fiancé brought my car in, had items in my car missing upon pick up. (One item to clarify if basically no value but the point that something was taken out of my vehicle is absolutely unacceptable. My trust in Huttig is 0. From this point forward I will need to clear my vehicle of all items to ensure nothing else is taken out of my car. Sad when you can’t even trust a dealership where I HAVE to go to get work done can’t be trusted. Terrible, would not recommend, how would the company feel if I took items from Nissan? Terrible!

As stated, Huttig Nissan technicians are the only ones performing service maintenance on my car. During this last visit, not only they did not perform all the services I signed up for, but they also broke the engine oil dipstick of my car and the supervisor refused to replace it.

It was great! All of the staff was warm and friendly. Can't say enough. Our saleslady was so informing we didn't have a lot of questions.

In general I like the people whom work there but I am convinced they all are in the habit of telling the customer what they want to hear rather than being honest only when there is no other choice. I returned phone calls to the service department and left messages for a specific individual 4x's in a week and never got a return phone call, finally someone else offered to help me. I am paying a lot of money for my Titan Pro4X and am not happy with the quality of the vehicle or the service at this point. I am also not happy that my sales person has not stepped up and assisted with all the issues I am having with my vehicle. I seriously doubt Nissan wants a bad review of their product but maybe they don't care. Somethings have really changed and not for the better at Huttig Nissan.

I had a fantastic experience with Matt in service. He took in my Infiniti Q50 and provided me with an estimate, only to surprise me when the final bill was over $300 less then quoted! This Is an honest service center that I will be coming back to again, and who I’d recommend any Nissan product owners go to. I travelled from Vermont for better service and I’m happy I did. Thank you!

I was first greated by the owner, very polite and concerned about my vehicle, something you don't get at other dealerships, the work was done very fast and their waiting room is above expectations. I would hightly recommend this dealership to all my friends,

Theresa made my experience with Huttig absolutely fantastic. She stayed late on a Saturday to test drive our vehicle and stayed in communication with me throughout the week until I could come in on Friday. She also worked with the manager to get me a good amount on my trade in and was very attentive to everything we asked. She will have our business as long as we stick with Nissan as she went above and beyond. Kalob was also great in finance with working with me as I am self employed so finance is a little trickier. Overall I am pleased with my experience and love my pathfinder.
