Left a piece of jewelry in a box in our room. I called multiple times and spoke to people in housekeeping who took my details, and nobody even bothered to call back to say if they found it or not. Can only assume it was kept/stolen by someone.

Honestly, I never in my life thought that I'm going to have so much bad experience at the hotel. First, our room was not clean when we arrived, and they never cleaned until after 3 days stayed there. I beg to one housekeeping attendant to please clean the room. LATER FOR COMPLETE, we were charged twice for and nobody cares about that. We talked with Danielle Snowden, and she said that she would resolve the situation, and now she doesn't answer the phone or email. What a shame.
PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL.

I gave up on trying to get a refund from this hotel because all the staff did was play games for over a month. I was in town for a wedding over two months ago and the hotel was without electricity and apparently no ability to flush toilets. I called multiple times and got a different answer every time regarding how and when I would receive the refund. Rating one star for the unprofessional staff that would rather get off the phone than help you.

The worse vacation I ever had.
Stay away from this hotel.
The front desk agents & manager have no idea what customer service is.
Our room was dirty when we arrived.
There were cannabis leaves on the carpet & desk counter. We had requested our room to be cleaned to the front desk many times with no help.
We had to beg the housekeeping attendant to clean our room.

I asked several times to the front desk to speak to the GM. I guess they don't exist or hide in their office.

The rooms our outdated.
Their are problems with the toilets & flushing.

The breakfast buffet the food is so horrible.

The front desk manager Danielle displays the worse management skills & no follow up skills. Everyone in that hotel failed many times.

Anyone who has stayed at the hotel write a review so the public can see how horrible the hotel is & the GM doesn't even care.

Yes I called the corporate office to address this issue & an email was sent to all management of the hotel.
None of your management team cares.

We have to let the public know how awful the hotel, service & staff since management doesn't care.

Nice hotel, not the most safe. We left in the morning and were harassed and chased by a crazy guy that had been hanging out with security. Very unpleasant experience at 5 am. Hope you can do better for your customers

Quite beautiful stately hotel. Very good service. Just old and in need of updating. Food from the restaurant was great!

Don’t plan on your room being ready at check-in time. I arrived at the hotel at 1 and was told the room wasn't ready, but they would text me when it was. A friend of mine received an email, so at 3 I checked my email. Twenty minutes before the hotel emailed me to tell me my room was ready. Annoying, but whatever. I go to the check-in desk and am told my room is actually not ready, but will be ready soon. It is now 4: 35 which is 35 minutes after the check-in time, and my room is still not ready.

UPDATE
1. I had to go to the desk to ask if my room was ready, I never received a phone call as I had been told to wait for.
2. The room is depressing. The lighting is bad, the drawers do not close because they are too stiff, the window is covered with cobwebs and other dirt.
3. The mattress is uncomfortable and sinks in like it’s been used for a number of years.
4. The toilet ran every 5 minutes and now will not flush.
5. Make sure you bring a plug for the wall that you can plug your phone charger into, otherwise your phone will be dead.

I recently stayed at this hotel during the Niagara trip and I had a mixed experience. While the rooms were right-sized and comfortable, I encountered several issues during my stay. The hotel's front yard had limited space, which was often occupied by valet parking cars and new check-in customers' vehicles. This led to congestion and long wait times for check-in, as the valet parking cars were not moving efficiently. Additionally, I was disappointed to learn that the hotel charged $20 for self-parking, which was located across the street outside the hotel. Finding the parking lot proved challenging, as there were multiple entrances, and the staff failed to inform me about this. It took me nearly 20 minutes to locate a suitable entrance. Despite these setbacks, the rooms themselves were of good quality and adequately sized.

Wow, the hotel was nice, able to see fireworks on the 4th of July from my window. Tanika our server was the best, it is so great when someone stands out to make your stay so awesome. I would stay here again, no questions ask, from the valet parking employee to the room service/ cleaning crews, everyone went out of their way to make sure you were having a pleasant stay.

- I never had to shower with shampoo until I stayed at this hotel! The room had nothing but body lotion, called housekeeping to get shower gel, they sent more body lotion and shampoo, called them 2 more times and they sent NOTHING!
- Service here is the worst! Reception didn't even take the time to tell us where their parking is other than "across the street" which made us end up in the wrong parking.
- In the morning, we were still getting ready to leave and housekeeping just opened the room door on us without knocking, if we didn't have the manual lock on, they would've enetered the room on us unannounced!
- Noisy hallways at night, policemen on our floor around 2 am, not sure what fight broke out.

Overall felt like we were in a 1 star hotel.

The room is definitely OLD. The mattress is terrible based on Hyatt standard. No boiling water pot, very disappointing. A bit noisy street as a lot of loud parties going on nearby. Parking was a bit of struggle to find. People working there are very nice though. Overall this ranks pretty much at bottom among all Hyatt hotels I have ever stayed at. No breakfast included for 250$ room?

I picked here thinking it would be easier to get to the Buffalo Convention Center. Nope by the time you got to the end of the walkway it was blocked off. I wasn't the only one that thought that way too especially being an air quality alert in effect. Very long line to check in even though multiple staff behind front desk. Was told my reservation would get straightened out for cost looks like I was just being told what I wanted to hear. Do not go here if you are not willing to pay a high price for parking. It says you have to pay for parking online, but no prices stated. Elevators are a mess and I feel completely unsafe. Just did an over night, and twice I know of one of the elevators got stuck with people on it and fire department called. It really effected my children seeing that not once, but twice they didn't feel very safe.

Front desk need more intelligent people which know what they are doing,
Room were ok, clean. No drinking water on floor.
Parked at parking lot across the street $24 for 24 hr (in/out allowed)

Stayed at this hotel for a wedding. The staff is ok, but the room I stayed in isn't that great.

The bed was very uncomfortable, and I had back aches during my stay. It was also not very clean, as I found an empty water bottle under my bed, and the carpeted floor was a little sticky in some spots. I also found bugs in our room (spiders, house centipede). Didn't want to kill the poor bugs, so I kept them under a cup and released them outside. I suspect it was due to the pool being under renovation, so it was disturbing the little critters that were there before.

There was also a tear on our curtain. Doesn't affect the quality of our stay whatsoever, just that it's unfortunate to see.

The toiletries provided were 2 soaps, body lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in small bottles (10ml?). I brought my own so I had no use for these myself. There were a lot of towels too, so we had enough for our stay and didn't need a refresh. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling in some spots, but overall it was still clean. Could use more light in the shower area (the shower curtains were blocking most of the light).

Staff was friendly, and checking in and out were a breeze. There's always someone at the desk and had no problems with my reservations whatsoever. Just that the room overall was not great.

Nice location overall, and I hope the quality of the rooms improve.
