4Buyer beware. Never move here. If you value your money, never ever live here. School district is horrible. Corruption is high. Taxes higher. No services. Only one internet provider allowed. Wireless is a joke, mostly empty buildings. No jobs. Choose any other Dutchess town!
I've lived in hp for 17 years and this is the first time I've had to deal with building and maintenance employees downstairs at town hall. They look like they've been sucking on lemons. No smiles, very morose, act like they're doing you a favor, big time attitudes. As a taxpayer, I pay your salary and YOU work for ME. Horrible experience. Looking forward to the next vote.
