5Hygeia is exceptional. The staff's empathy, expertise, and holistic approach set it apart. A serene atmosphere and efficient support make it a beacon of hope. Highly recommended for better mental health
Exceptional care and service at Hygeia Integrated Health! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the facility is top-notch. I highly recommend their services
I recently had the opportunity to visit Hygeia and I am extremely satisfied with the care and services provided. The staff members were professional, compassionate, and attentive to my needs. From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed and supported.
The clinic itself is well-maintained and creates a calming atmosphere, contributing to a positive healing environment. The waiting area was comfortable, and the appointment scheduling process was efficient, minimizing any wait time.
The clinicians at Hygeia are highly knowledgeable and skilled. They took the time to listen to my concerns, ask insightful questions, and provided me with personalized treatment options. Their expertise and genuine empathy helped me feel understood and supported throughout my therapy sessions.
I highly recommend Hygeia Clinic to anyone seeking quality mental health care. They prioritize patient well-being and go above and beyond to provide a safe and nurturing environment for healing. My experience here has been exceptional, and I am grateful for the positive impact they have made on my mental health journey.
2 weeks ago, I had a Tuesday morning appointment with Denise (co-owner of the practice), but money was tight and I had no way of paying for the appointment. So I called Monday morning and asked to cancel since my account was overdrawn and I couldn't afford the copay. The receptionist said if I cancelled my appointment, it would be a $75 charge. I practically begged her to cancel because I had no money, and she said she would talk to Denise and call me back. 10 minutes after the call, I got a notification from my bank that they charged me the copay. Then when she called me back, she said, "Hi, I talked to Denise and she said to just keep your appointment. Ok thank you so much see you tomorrow. " During the meeting, I told Denise I wouldn't be continuing treatment as I couldn't afford it. She said "You can't afford $30? That's odd. " Absolutely no compassion from anyone in this office. All they care about is your money. Enjoy the $30 Denise, buy yourself something nice. It is so cruel and disgusting to exploit people with mental illness who are just trying to find help.
I personally have had such a positive experience with the Hygeia team especially Denise. They have helped me navigate during a very difficult time. I strongly recommend them for people of all ages including children. The team is made up with a variety of specialties. They are also local and it’s nice to support local!
