This company was amazing. My grandma had a water damage in the basement so i found this company online to help. They came in 45 minutes with an entire crew and started to pump out all the water from the basement. After they cut the walls and installed a bunch of machines there to dry. Entire crew was very professional and very knowledgeable. They even helped my grandma put in a claim with insurance. After everything was dry, they rebuild the entire basement and it was perfect. Now my grandma hired them to do a full renovation to her home. Definitely would recommend this company for any emergency and renovations.

Hygienic's Team arrived when they said they would. The staff was professional, and quickly went to work, completing their tasks in the promised time. The team was very careful in moving furnishings as required. I would recommend them without hesitation. They were terrific.

You can imagine my surprise (and despair) when I stepped into my new home and found water leaking from a first-floor bathroom into the hallway and through the a/c ductwork into the newly finished basement. I immediately reached out to Andriy of Hygienic Cleaning & Restoration who promptly arrived at my home, assessed the damage and immediately assembled his team to begin the work of removing the water-soaked carpeting, drying the floors and walls and bagging and disposing (when necessary) of any personal items that were already showing signs of mold growth. Over the next few weeks Andriy's team of professionals dried the floor and walls, repaired the drywall, repainted and replaced the carpeting and a/c ductwork and refinished the hardwood floors. Andriy kept us informed through the entire process and was always available via text, telephone and in-person to answer questions and address concerns. In addition, I would be remiss if I did not mention that the quality of the work performed in my home was exceptional and we are very happy with the final results. I would not hesitate to hire Andriy and Hygienic Cleaning & Restoration again and I recommend them without reservation.

Andriy is fantastic. We had some discoloration on our white sheetrock ceiling that our light construction guy said wasn't anything to worry about. Our exterminator saw it and urged us to check with Andriy just in case. Sure enough the other side of the sheetrock, the insulation and the underside of the roof was covered with mold.

Andriy removed the sheetrock and all the insulation, cleaned and treated the roof (several times,) treated the air in the room, replaced the insulation and sheetrock, and painted to match the rest of the ceiling. Plus he checked the rest of the house and gave us an all clear.

Had we ignored this longer there's no telling the destruction that might have ensued. Andriy (and our exterminator for making the recommendation) may have saved our home.

These guys are the best! A contractor caused a leak in one of our pipes in the basement If I was not home and Andriy did not come immediately, it would have been catastrophic. One week before Christmas we had a sewage leak in our basement. It was a nightmare. We were absolutely distraught about the stench and the mess. Andriy and his team arrived and got to work the day we called. They came in and worked tirelessly to clean it all up. This is a process which required multiple visits to our home. Andre and his team were a Godsend. After my floor contractor found mold during demo, he sent Hygienic to remediate the damage. I was expecting the worst, since I had no real choice but to hire them. It was a pleasure from beginning to end. Andre jumped on it right away and cleared it all up for the contractor to come back and finish. He also found additional mold in the closet that everyone missed. He came back after my floor was installed to gut and clean the closet and fix any residual damage from the contractor. My condo has never been better or safer. His rates were surprisingly reasonable. I would only use Andre for such work from now on.
