I C Bus, Staten Island NY

They have Drivers that don't follow DOT rules.like NOT making illegal turns and NOT speeding.
Hope the kids are well strapped in their seats for those wild corner turns.

R701 bus driver and matron are unprofessional. Dispatcher who's name is Alex, hung up on me several times. His respond was, "What do you want me to do about it? " Rude and condescending.

They don’t even deserve one star. Dispatcher is nasty. They pull into private parking lots and back up the bus with children on board! That is grounds for termination. They don’t care and are not afraid of Office of Pupil Transportation being called on them! Don’t put your kids on their buses. Bus number 1432.

This bus driver is arrogant disrespectful and rude around children and a very unsafe driver! I’m so sorry for the children on this bus! The women driver is very nasty and arrogant! She should be fired!

Attention parents our children are riding in these buses just know these buses are put together with duct tape, zip ties, self taping screws the worst maintenance, AC not working, Battery corrosion, dash boards loose and the head of maintenance should be fired. And this is what DOE trust with our kids they should lose there contract.
