I came here twice! I broke my screen and then my rear glass because I’m a klutz. Both times the owner and the repair person were super friendly and the prices were very reasonable. I felt very comfortable leaving my phone with them. Thanks guys!

Great Service, horrible customer experience. The guy in charge of repairs is great, he did an amazing job with my Surface Pro. But the lady on the phone, OMG I've never dealt with anyone like that. I arrived before closing time to pick up my surface, but it wasn't early enough for her so she yelled at me like she was my mom lol. She called me and gave me 1 hour to get to their office, I was on the 168th St on a Friday night, so you can imagine it wasn't easy. I did my best and got there before 7pm, but she was so mad about it. I couldn't believe anyone treating a customer like that. The best part is that she wasn't even there, all this angry yelling was by phone. I believe she's the owner or something because no one will ever hire her any customer service position.

I have recommended I Fix Cracked Screens to several coworkers for same day IPad repair and also IPhone battery replacement. They took care of my Galaxy S5 screen repair quickly and for a very fair price.

You will end up with a worse phone than what you bring them. I came in for a simple crack in my screen. Somehow as soon as I got it repaired the display in my phone completely broke which had never had problems before. I came in again and they told me it was an unrelated. Immediately after getting it fixed the second time, I noticed little cracks starting to form and eventually the entire side of the screen went black and is unusable. They said they would give me ten dollars off to get it fixed again as if it was unrelated. They were also rude about on the phone. Don’t use!

The name to this place does not do it justice because they actually also fix the battery, speaker, camera and other components. How do i know this? Because my cell phone got water damaged and they had all these parts in stock and were able to deliver me a working phone again.

My macbook fell and the screen went black so i could not access my homework for class. These magicians were able to fix the screen of my mac right away and get me my data back.

DISHONEST - AVOID
I called ahead to find out the price to fix my iphone 7. I was told $69. It was only after I cleared time in my schedule and went to the repair shop did they tell me that the price for an "iphone quality" screen was $89. Obviously people want genuine parts. They intentionally mislead people.

I was also told 20 minutes but it took 45 minutes. Also, the owner neglected to warn customers of their ridiculous credit card fees. (And yes, I know the owner will say "there are signs") but see above. Once you're in there, too late.

Given their sneaky business practices I'm not confident about the quality. AVOID!

Super quick! I was a little worried about leaving my phone so they let me stay while they repaired it. The screen works great and looks good. Thank you and I’ll be back to fix the back of my phone hahaha!

Good place for electronic screen repair. They were a day late but overall quick and easy experience. Priced upfront & the price did not change when picked up. Extra small fee if credit card is used.

I live nearby in the financial district and never knew this place existed, very happy i landed here.i had a samsung note 9 that was fixed and the phone looks new.

If you need data recovery from a broken smartphone these are your guys, highly recommended to others.

These guys did a great job with my IPad Mini screen repair for a price that was lower than I was prepared to pay.

Work was top of the line. Service was friendly. Work was completed when they said it would be. Price was competitive. Would recommend this store to anyone needing a financial district cell phone repair.

A Tech by name of charlie helped me here and was able to repair the Samsung galaxy s10 screen that was broken on my phone. Made me very happy and i have referred them to a few friends.
