I inquired just now about a displayed $99 special for my banquette that hasn't been cleaned in years. The special is good through May 31st. The man who answered the phone asked my furniture was one or two pieces and I told him while it's one seating unit, it's in two pieces. He responded that the special wouldn't apply to my banquette.
That's fine, but surprisingly he didn't ask the size of the furniture or have any other questions about the material that needs to be cleaned! Just repeated the $99 price wouldn't apply to my piece.
I've never left a review on Google before but this was so surprising that a business owner or employee was so off-putting and disinterested that I reached out to another company who seemed very professional and happy to get my business.

This is an update to the review I posted about an hour ago.
I've received multiple text messages telling me that I should clean the couch myself if I can't afford the price when I didn't discuss what my budget for the job would be! I initially informed the person who answered the phone that I was calling around to get a quote and I inquired about the $99 special!
I ultimately have had to block the (212) number because I received a text calling me "cheapskate". Then I received messages from the 516) number.
My goodness!

Our first experience was terrific! Super easy to schedule by text; Technician arrived right at 10: 00 (10: 00-12: 00 window) ; Quick, no fuss, no excess water on our hard wood floors, and no upcharging.

The best part is that our rug looked better after cleaning. The rug is fairly new, but I considered replacing it because I wasn't crazy about it, but after the cleaning my husband and I really like the rug!

Turned out that after the cleaning, the raised design in the rug looked more pronounced, thus, more attractive. Also, we had several tinkle spots (two small dogs) removed in the process. End result, we decided to keep our rug and get it cleaned every month or so with I-Steamers. Highly recommend!

5/5 amazing service. This was my third time using them in 9 years I’ve owned my favorite couch and they never disappoint. I’m always left with a couch that looks brand new. The technicians are always courteous, professional, and highly efficient. Would recommend them to anyone who needed stains/odors removed or just a good general cleaning.

I've been using this company for over two years now and they never dissapoint me. The technicians I've recieved are always very nice and thorough. They always wear shoe coverings which is thoughtful. My couches always look A+. There hasn't been a stain they couldn't get out and I have a toddler and a dog!

The pricing is reasonable in comparison to others and when you factor in quality of service and detail it makes up for it. You might find cheaper elsewhere but inmy experience the quality and customer service won't be as great. I've tried a few companies in the manhattan area and these guys are the most consistent in quality and customer service!

Very pleasant experience. My puppy peeed on my coach and it’s completely soaked in when I found out. It was like 8 or 9 pm but they were responsive, gave me a quote and helped me made an appointment.

The technician was really nice and punctual. They ensured me my sofa would be brand new after the cleaning and the odor would be completed gone. I couldn’t be happier about how my sofa turned out! It smells nice and looks clean and I’m just really happy I chose their service.

I would highly recommend using this company for your cleaning. The process of booking was extremely easy and straightforward. The prices are very reasonable. I used them in the past and was pleased to schedule another booking as they were very professional and did a great job. Excellent service. The technician arrived right on time and conducted a thorough cleaning. We had a white sofa that needed cleaning and all the stains were removed leaving the sofa looking very fresh. Would definitely recommend.

The entire experience was very “Mehh”

Scheduling was super easy, technician was very punctual and nice.

The work lasted less than 30 minutes. My couch looks exactly the same. The only difference is that it is wet now. (It has been more than 8 hours.) My couch was not in bad shape to begin with but I was hoping a good cleaning would give it a bit of life.

I guess its clean now. I am not sure.
