The girl Michele in front desk is a very nasty person if you don’t like me or job leave and go work somewhere else you act like you own Iaa and I was here before you so keep it up I’ll see you in court with a discrimination lawsuit and don’t even talk to me either don’t tell me anything or I’m calling coperate on you and I’m calling my lawyer toooo try me

Wish I could give them 0 stars. My father purchased a van and it was delivered to someone else and now the Branch Manager, Frank, refuses to help me figure this out so we can get our money back. Who could I reach out to within the legal department for assistance?

Extremely terrible customer service, 3 days I’ve called and asked can I come in to run my car through the auction. They keep sending different numbers to call and THEY NEVER PICK UP. DO NOT GO TO THEM YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME!

Very bad experience on this branch, super unorganized, sold and charge me storage fees on a bike that can’t not be located at the auction, corporation super bad customer service, nobody understand and care about your situation
They charge me for unit storage fees, all kind of fees and don’t have the unit at that location, very bad experience!

I don’t know why iaai is letting this branch take avantange of buyer. You purchase a car, the next day you get a notification that says ‘ your free storage ended. There is no free storage. What are you talking about? First of all y’all charge too much fees. Buyer fees, service fee, internet fees, talking fees, paying fees, bathroom fees too much of a fees dude…you turn around and charge the seller fees.like, come on now that’s being greedy. God does not like people advantage of other people. Always seek God’s blessings in your business; very important!

Worst customer service I ever had to deal will. Extremely rude and inconsiderate. I had items taken from my car before I even got to the lot and them blamed in on the towing company. I hope to never deal with them again.

My experience at IAA Long Island is excellent. Representative Mrs Valerie Castro is very attentive and professional. Allways with a smile helps my time at the office speedy and efficient. My paperwork is Allways in order. Professionalism at its best. And the loaders are the best when comes to loading my truck.

I sold a car to peddle on 10/05/2020 than IAA sold it and the person that brought the car left it abandoned in Queens, NY I received 18 tickets in the mail because the new buyer didn’t register the car at all, I went to court to fight the 16 tickets and now received 2 more tickets in the mail, I did contact the Nyc fire department they tried to charge me for them to pick up the car, I fought that fine they gave me and won because I proved to them I don’t own the car anymore and now have another case with them all over again and I went to DMV and they told me they don’t have anything to do with that because the car wasn’t registered by new owner, if you ever sell a car make sure it’s done at DMV location only and no where else and make sure that person goes inside to register the car under there name No excuses

There a a young lady there at the counter name Michelle, she is always helpful and most of all knowledge about what goes on there to help you in the best and professional way. IAAI has a gem there and we hope they recognize it.

Came as a dealer to drop my auto for auction.
It was my first time when women being so rude to me, she was screaming while I was figuring out what papers I need to fill out and i just felt that it’s not a right spot to sell the vehicles as a dealer, so I dropped the vehicle off at another auction 5 min away where service was perfect!
Don’t recommend this place to anyone!

I went to IAA today I went to window 5 Valerie I believed her name was she did not wanna give me the title when it was representative pick up and I was as a listed employee until I asked the next young lady named briana she was able to help me & gave me the title with no issue. Valerie was rude and raised her voice at me no person should get treated like this.

This place is TRASHHHHHHHHH, Once your car is in there good luck getting any info from them or getting your stuff back. They don't answer or return phone calls. This please should be shut down. Absolute disgrace for a company. The owner should be embarrassed to run a business like this. SMFH.

Transporters and buyer look out just had a problem where they will take there time to load up a truck for the transporter will not have time to load up and charge you storage fees the next day this is poor administration charging penny and loosing hundreds at this location everyone having problems

Looking at these other reviews I see I’m not alone. They ARE HORRIBLE. Use your customer service voice and kiss backside when you call otherwise Office Manager Denise Kullak will arbitrarily decide when she wants to HANG UP THE PHONE on you.
It’s been 2 months without my vehicle thanks to “computer errors” and other convenient mishaps. Called corporate on her and low and behold received a call back FROM HER with the basic information I requested in the first place within minutes. Do not do business with them.
