Icon Bar, Astoria NY

Icon is a gorgeous bar filled with genuine souls and good vibes. The drinks are strong and the drag is fierce. Shoutout to Wednesday’s fiesta Latina for giving an absolute show. A must see for any astoria visitor!

Icon is definitely the place to go to, so welcoming the people the vibes the energy the place in general and to top it off if I can give it 10 stars I would I came there a few times on a Wednesday night and Saturday Night and Filup the bartender was phenomenal his energy his smile his customer service is amazing I will definitely come back for some drinks at filups bar he’s awesome I’m sure many can relate!

This bar is amazing! Nice people coming from all the ages and backgrounds. A very diverse bar. Good music, great bartenders, affordable, and very friendly. A must go bar when around in Astoria.

I've been here multiple times already and I just have to say it's an incredibly welcoming environment. Saturdays especially when Avant Garbage is here. The bartenders are also as friendly as they are handsome. Filup, Marcelo, Alan, Danny, all of them. Highly recommend.

Alan and Avant Garbage make the atmosphere. They're very hospitable and entertaining. Highly recommend. Especially on Saturdays when they're both here.

Came to have a drink on Monday hoping to listen to some music. But it was a drag show, all rhey did was talk between the two “performers” and make “jokes” no one understood. Also, made fun of costumers who left because they were just plain boring!

Went during the day on a Sunday with no crowds. No shows but great place to hang out with friends!

After I while, I decided to go to a bar with some friends. I’m so glad I went to this bar. I had so much fun. Amazing service, great music. I’ll definitely come back.

The venue and event is great, but they do not list the price of anything on the menu and could not provide a list of item on the receipt so we do not know the price of each item we ordered. They do not have the patient and time for us to ask them how much each item is plus it is hard to talk with the music so we just left without knowing how much each person should pay. It is very inconvenience I don’t understand why wouldn’t they write the price of the menu.

Love it! Good music, great drinks and amazing service, especially Pedro. I was pleasantly surprised by the following of COVID best practices. Definitely will be back.
