3If you absolutely must use this place, make sure you inspect your vehicle very closely before you leave. They left small scratches on my brand-new vehicle! When I pointed them out, the attendant had the nerve to ask if it was just a rental. When there is a problem, they have a claim form, but make sure you document any issues yourself, with your own camera, which I did.
Monthly customer here and I have been in a lot of garages in this city. No other garage I have used in ten years has been run this well or possessed such nice employees, so props to the manager for this location.
I Know when I park my car it's in a completely insured facility handled by the very best valets in NYC I completely satisfied and so will you.
