8 Good, quick service.
The cost is expensive, but it's NYC, so it is allowed.
Dropping off and picking up a vehicle is pretty easy.
Not during "rush hour" it takes 2-3 minutes to drop off or pick up. Any other time it could take 30+ minutes.
I left my car there for 2 nights and 3 days. The staff was friendly and my car didn't have any scratches or dents. Staff was very accommodating
This parking garage was very professional. I was going to be picking up my vehicle after hours and they made accommodations for someone to be there at that time. The gentleman that handed over my vehicle made sure to politely remind me to move my sneakers from my floorboard prior to departure, which I thought was very thoughtful of him. I had a scratch on my vehicle prior to arriving and they made sure we both were made aware. Overall a great experience.
Don’t park there under any circumstances.this place should be close by the city.the parking attendant are dishonest and don’t wear names tags and when ask for names and phone numbers of supervisor, there’s none.they charge me $25.00 after 3 minutes not wanting to park there after a customer accused them of stealing from his car.
I left my car here for 5 minutes and went back and my cologne and headphones I went back for were already stolen.
I left my car here because they told me I would pay $ 74 per night.when I come to look for it now they say that it is by day and hour. They want to charge me $ 222 for two days because they didn't give me the correct information at first.they have bad service.
There is a thief that works in this garage. I parked my car here on the evening of Wednesday, August 25. I had a debit card in my center console. I was notified by my bank today that there are 5 fraudulent charges made on my card in the NYC area. I live in Pittsburgh, PA and was traveling for business. I’ve called the garage numerous times with no answer. Notified security at the Moxy Hotel and am filing a police report. Beware and do not trust your valuables to be safe in this garage.
