We used this parking to visit the Chelsea Market and the nearby area. It is one of the more expensive lots, but it was safe. Our car was secured, which relieved half my anxiety of exploring a new place. I wish we got names, but our first driver was friendly and patient with our van-load of kids. The driver who checked us out was the opposite and hurried us out of there when we were the only ones leaving.

The most rudeest staff ever after losing the keys in my car they are trying to play the victim they’re telling me that I took my keys and several hours later they called me and said employee took my keys home everybody’s pretending to be a manager nobody can give a straight answer sorry unprofessional place of business

Prices are not clearly posted so you may, as I do, assume that parking couldn’t possibly be $75 for 6 hours.it is indeed!

The parking attendant (Javier) damaged my motorcycle, lied about it until I was able to prove it (and get it on video), at which point he threatened to call the police and sue me. I was also overcharged via a hidden fee added on top of my parking fee upon check out. Avoid at all costs.

Great service. The two times I've parked here, I was attended to in a timely manner. When I came back to pick up my car, it was very easy. I prefer their 14th Street parking because there's no walking inside the parking lot before going outside. Also, price is expensive but heeeey it's Downtown‍️

Wow what a price ($$$$). For that price I should see 20 attendance waiting to pickup my car (I only saw 2 with 5 cars waiting to be picked up).

Always walk around your car and check carefully for damage before leaving the garage, so you can file a claim if necessary. Inform the attendant right away. They have a procedure for damage claims. But if you discover the damage after leaving the garage, they will not accept responsibility.

It's a Manhattan parking garage. As expensive as other options near by. Staff is hardworking and courteous.

This parking facility only caters to their vip well tipping customers. I came here to park and charge my Tesla. The manager told me the charger is broken. 30 mins later there was another vehicle on the charger and the charger was clearly working. The manager wouldn’t even let me check to see if the charger was working. Employees were yelling towards me from the other end of the parking facility. Everyone is extremely rude.

Horrible, lines was backed up. Had this one man standing there and his car was right there.
