It was the best Icon Parking we have experienced. All of the staff was VERY KIND and professional! We showed our reservation barcode as we arrived, and until the check-out, everything was clear and smooth. Also at night, the gate of the parking lot is securely closed, so we feel very safe to park there. Highly recommend this Icon Parking!

I read the sign carefully and in the end was charged double what the sign advertised. I entered and exited in accordance with their rules and still got overcharged. Annoyed

Parking which announces a price of $50 per day thanks to the hotel when paying no price and when he explains to me that I need a stamp from the hotel which I return to get they do not want to give me the price that they told me it's shameful!

If one of the local hotels validates your ticket, the price is decent and it is a convenient place to park. My car was treated well, and though a couple of inches longer than 180", they did not charge the oversized fee.

They charge $50 for ONE hour of parking. Don't give scam garages like these your money-they are criminally overpriced.

They put a dent and a scratch in my passenger door! And said they would “review the cameras” but they never did. Don’t ever park with Icon, they will destroy your car and still make you pay for parking.

I prepaid for my parking and when I got there to pick up my car they said it was not paid. I logged into my credit card and showed them the screen shot of the confirmation that we paid and they still would not release my car.
