Rude non respectful employee and they will let you pay as maximum as they can. Don't comr at all

The staff person told me that the cost of parking was 61 dollars and 40 dollars for him

Staff here are very aggressive towards the customers they use very vulgar language, and they even get confrontational to the point of almost being physical

The conveniences of this parking lot are that it is located near the park, where there is a pier with the departure of the steamer to the island of the Statue of Liberty

I put 3 stars because the check-in was not very convenient and parking and exit from it!

I paid $50 for a couple of hours

What I think is expensive!

If i could give this zero stars, I would! Rude and inconsiderate staff! My husband almost got into a fight with them because they were HARASSING my family (we had 4 kids with us!) to hurry up and exit because they have more cars to park.absolutely horrible experience and almost ruined our first experience with NY! Plus they overcharge! Pls don't support businesses like this! There are a lot more parking garages in the area that deserve more customers than this shady and terrible place!

I got half way home to south Jersey and my car kept stating there was no key fob. I pulled over and I was unable to locate the key so I called to ask where the key was and I was hung up on and told “I DONT KNOW” well after a hour search it was on the outside windshield……but he swore it was in the car. Terrible customer service and experience

A little expensive, the bad is that there is not another parking lot there
