10I parked here to attend a matine showing of Wicked at the Gershwin theater on a Sunday. The lot was not busy. The attendant walked around the car with me to acknowledge any existing damage, and then asked us when we were coming back. I had to give him my cell phone number to receive an electronic claim ticket. We parked for 7 hours for $60. I was very pleased with the experience.
Parked here last night so we could eat across the street. Paid for three hours of parking and when we left, half of our keys for our work office and home were missing from our car key ring. We realized this once we got home because they gave us the car back with it running and the keys already placed in the car so we didn’t notice it. I had to call out of work to drive back an hour and a half in horrible weather, paying tolls and city entry fare just to get our keys back and fix their mistake. The manager couldn’t tell us why this happened, and only apologized but would not issue a refund or credit. One person on the phone last night when we called to verify said “the keys were loose, sorry” WELL IF YOU KNEW THEY’RE LOOSE, PUT THEM BACK ON IF THEY FELL OFF!? This was a massive inconvenience and THEIR fault. Why were half of our keys missing? Terrible business management and ethics to not offer anything for their bad service.
Excellent Parking. Reserved this past Saturday online, which slashes the rate in half, parking spot is amazing, workers were very nice, parked my Navigator at the door and took excellent care of it. Highly Recommend it.
Easy to get to out of the Lincoln Tunnel. Also easy to leave the city if you’re heading toward Lincoln tunnel or the FDR. The pull in / pull out of the garage was fairly easy as the street is usually pretty quiet.
The attendants are really nice and take good care of the cars. I pre paid my reservation and unfortunately you don’t get a refund if you leave earlier than you expected to, but I’d still recommend pre booking.
This is the garage I used for staying at the citizenM. Worth it!
They Damaged my car tonite! Horrible situation to be in! I hope they do the right thing and pay for repairs to the side panel and back bumper and quickly! Otto, the manager is in on Monday and I hope he does the right thing and calls me! The police were useless! A worst review to follow if I get the run around w this situation! Do the right thing in business, more will materialize 10 fold when responsibility is taken and one honors the truth. Last pic shows a blank damage report (not filled out) this condition ticket should be filled in by marking areas the car has damages already. My damage report was never filled in upon arrival, it is blank Upon departure, quickly checking the car and then yes found damage,
my car had not been But to their copy of my car receipts that is supposed to be marked up as they take your car & keys and drive off w your car documenting any damages seen car receipt
Ripped off. I paid 65 dollars online for a reservation from 7am to 5pm. I ended up pulling my car out at 2pm. When I got to the cashier, they said "it's 25 dollars". I informed them that I already paid 65 dollars online. I put a review on trust pilot and they said "oh we don't give refund for unused time". I'm not asking for the difference from "unused time" but if that's what they CLAIM, then fine but your signs LITERALLY have 50.69 up for 10plus hours. So where is my 14 dollars? Why such a HUGE price difference between the signs and what is charged online? I can see maybe a 5 dollar reservation fee but 14 dollars and change? Really?
Terrible experience, I prepaid on the app and they gave me a hard time and said I couldn't park there
Best parking garage I’ve been in. Nice staff. Didn’t rush me when dropping of my car. Digital ticket, pay online to save a spot. Had a discount on the website. Really great experience!
The attendants were very nice. Was able to prepay and when I went to pick up my car it was there in under 3 minutes. The only negative is that you have to go towards 7th so that took a while to turn so I was going towards the tunnel, but still wasn't terrible.
