5The rate quoted when we parked was $120 for 4 nights, but when we picked up the car, they charged us $160. The manager was rude and did not care that we were quoted a different price from his employee. Beware of parking at this location.
Safe place to park your car in a not so savory area. Prices are competitive and it's underground as opposed to lots. Crew is friendly
I just had a wonderful phone experience with the helpful attendant at this yard. He clearly and patiently explained to me the procedure for parking and all fees involved. I was very impressed by his manner, helpfulness and knowledge. Not something you get from every garage!
I read the reviews previous to our parking and was kind of skeptical but the staff was very friendly and courteous. We parked at the 30-02 39th Ave, Queens, NY 11101 location.
This was my first experience with Icon and I hoped all would go as advertised. I pre-paid a spot for 2 days about a month in advance. I was skeptical pulling up to the location. Upon showing my confirmation the attendant ask when I wanted to pick it up, I told him, he asked for the keys, I gave them, then he said show the text you just receive on your return and will get your vehicle. Ok, easy. On day of check out, showed the text to attendant, car was brought to me within 10mins. Quick and seamless experience. Will use this company again.
