Ordered a desk for college. Arrived and was missing all bolts and pieces to put it together. It sat in my hallway for a MONTH before the company got around to putting my missing pieces that I PAID FOR in the mail. I will practically have to leave school before the parts arrive. Poor customer service. They could have AT THE VERY LEAST overnighted the parts after i emailed and called many many times. Super disappointing.

I received two desks from this company via Walmart. The packages came damaged and missing the instructions and hardware to assemble the desks. Repeated calls go unanswered, with voicemails to full to leave a message. This is very unprofessional and from other reviews does not seem to be anything from their norm. I am highly disappointed in this company as well as in Walmart fro using them as a manufacturer. Im even willing to buy my own hardware and figure out the assembly, however, I am unable to do so without the instructions which lists the type of hardware.

Sent me the wrong comforter set. Called their phone number but messages are full. Don’t order from this company!
