Next day service was extremely helpful they did a quick, clean, honest and great job at a better rate than anyone eles and you can pay on the portal which is super convenient if your away on vacation or work

Ideal Gas did a very good job. They talked us through all the issues and questions. The staff and the owner Ray are very committed to doing a top notch job and they did.

Service is great. As far as prices go, I have not compared them to other companies, but for now delivery and billing isn't an issue. I hardly see them and that's the way I like it. He did install a hot water system years ago and I'm very happy with that. It was a very smooth install and transaction.

I have been using Ideal Bottle Gas for 20 years when Ray was still making deliveries himself out of Wyandanch. Being a new customer back then, I was having an issue with Hot Water coming out of our Cold-Water faucets…concern was the Hot Water Heater was going bad. I explained to him that I put in a new shower head with handheld shower head and he immediately knew the cause…. What is known as plumbing cross-over…. He did not charge me (this made a lasting impression with me) and saved me from getting a new heater (he could have said I needed a new one) until last October 2022 our heater gave out and Ideal installed a new Unit.

I have also used Ideal to install our new kitchen stove and when having a new Patio installed had to have Propane Tank disconnected & moved temporarily and return to location, reconnect & test ensuring there were no leaks. Deliveries are like automatic clockwork…never having to worry of running out gas.

Ray & Ideal Team are ultimate consummate professionals…. These guys are absolutely amazing. The service guys are knowledgeable and honest. The owner Ray, is fair, and kind.
