Great experience.very clean facility. Tanya was very knowledgeable. My nurse’s name was Indira and she was amazing. She was able to treat my areas fast and efficiently! I can’t wait to finish this area and continue to other areas!

If I could give 0 I would. It’s overpriced and I really can’t believe I was dumb enough to do credit here withiut research. My lips are already dissipating and it’s only been a week! They charged 1100 for two syringes of lip filler. THATS OUTRAGEOUS!

Went to do lip fillers about 3 weeks ago and the staff and service was amazing. First time going there and I would definitely recommend if you want quality service and products.

Have had nothing but a terrible experience here for the last 1.5 years. DO NOT recommend anyone using Ideal Image, specifically this location. For the first 6 months of my contract it was impossible to get a hold of anyone to even schedule an appointment. Then 3/4 of the way through my treatment, they told me they can no longer treat a specific area without any clear explanation and a very rude staff. I have since found many, many better options for laser hair removal and strongly suggest people to NOT USE Ideal Image for very, very poor customer service AND no help from their corporate to remedy all of the challenges through entire 1.5 years. Also after comparing it to other options it's INCREDIBLY overpriced. Not worth it AT ALL.

The staff is nice but the results DO NOT LAST. I’ve been a customer since 2019, and have completed all my treatments. Last session was in May and it’s currently September. I’ve had to shave 3x in those 3 months after 12 treatments were completed. I’ve paid thousands of dollars for a treatment that was unsuccessful, with a company that only cared about getting paid. Also my hair follicles are not thick, and I generally was not hairy and only did laser hair removal due to pure laziness and convince for my future self. I was definitely disappointed

Had excellent results even after 1 session for my underarms. I was concerned about my medium dark skin but I did not have any discoloration or anything like that.

This location is great and the employees are so nice. Chleo is fantastic! The results have been awesome (I’m almost finished with a 16 month package). It definitely hurts in the moment but the pain goes away within seconds, and I think the results are totally worth it. I don’t have to shave or wax between sessions at all anymore (I’ve done 7 sessions now).

Expensive compared to other laser locations, but that’s because they use medical professionals for the work they do. The actual laser results have been nothing short of amazing, the customer service as well!

Both technicians I’ve had are so lovely! I get 5 areas done and both ladies are quick and efficient to get it done and make me feel comfortable. Definitely a safe and wonderful space.

My experience thus far has been nothing short of amazing! I have been doing laser hair removal and I have seen such amazing progress. They have carefully and skillfully treated my dark brown with care. I have seen the hair literally fall off and not regrow much after the first session. If you are having doubts and especially if you are worried about the care of your dark skin; this is the best place!

I paid 4,000 dollars for this service and it did not work well at all! They went months without answering the phone and I showed up for an appointment I had and the doors were locked and they were closed! This place is the worst and overcharges insanely. Find a less expensive place this is the worst. Biggest waste of money.

The staff were professional, fun, and thoughtful! Most of my hair was gone and barely returned after just ONE laser treatment! I’ve gone through the struggle of monthly Electrolysis treatments for just over a year and never achieved these results. 5/5 I would definitely recommend!

I’ve been wanting to do laser for forever but I’ve known friends who have done it and have complained about it not being effective and that was my initial reservation with laser hair removal but Ideal Image had completely taken cafe of all my worries. I saw results after even the first initial session. My underarm, bikini, and arm hair has grown in very lighter, finer, and even softer and that was only after session one. It’s a bit pricy but the deals are very good options to consider and look into. I also did cool sculpting and have lost so much fat in the areas I was really struggling to lose with traditional work out. Overall 10/10 would recommend!
