Ideal Image Rochester

I went on Saturday for my face and underarm touch up. I had Lisa, who I have had in the past and she is wonderful! Super friendly, quick and knowledgeable. We had wonderful conversation and she made the visit pleasant!

It was horrible they didn’t have a credit.card machine so I can get service. I drove 45 min for her to tell me it was stolen when covid hit and other one was not hooked up. I’m so disappointed I could not get my treatment. They don’t take cash also. I called corporate and explained Everything and one of the top people didn’t even know what type of payment they took. She would not give me a name of someone higher to talk to. I called back and did talk to another lady. I explained how the ceo or the owner should know how much money they just lost and how I was told this just happened with credit card machine weeks before this and she still never took care of it. I am a small business owner and if this was my company i definitely would want to know. My appointment alone they lost was over 500 dollars. I did not ask for nothing free and any type of treatment for free. I just want to let this company know what’s going on in there Rochester location. I did ask for the email for the ceo but was told I could not get it and I could look it up myself. I honestly know that I am a nobody to them but again the company staff should know
how they run a place because it shows so much. I think there prices are great and just wish the people that own the place see this and how much money they are loosing. If my employee ever was to do this and loose me out of money and my customer service happiness there would much changes going on in my company. I also would definitely thank the person myself who took the time to bring this to my attention of what’s going on in one of my locations. We all make mistakes but it’s how we handle. Again I don’t want anything for free but if anyone gets service there when they say they take all major credit cards make sure they can run it. The cards with chips also have to had numbers on it. The Rochester location one machine was stolen and one was not set up and it was told it would take a while to set up. I felt like this location had this issue when covid was going on that should have been fixed by now. There is no excuse why it was not fixed and I had to wait about 45 minutes for her to try to fix her machine. They told her it take a while so I could basic get something like credit care and take a hit on my credit. It was a hard hit and I refuse when I was told I could use my card and even offer to go to bank to pay for it. They knew I just worked 17 hours drove 45 min just to sit there and they was not able to use there machine. Waste of my time and waste of appointment that someone else could have had. The company also lost out on money.please call before making appointments there to make sure they are able to provide a service you took the time out of your very important day.

Had a complimentary session done at a competitor and was a more encompassing area. However, they worked with me to resolve this issue and I'm very grateful

Lisa was great! Super friendly and very honest. I trusted her opinion and she made me feel welcomed and beautiful. She went over my options and was very honest and also spoke about upcoming promotions which was exciting.

I only went twice cause it’s painful. I won’t go back. It’s totally not worth the price I’m paying. Plus I’m still paying for it. I wasn’t satisfied.

This place doesn’t care for you, but rather your wallet. A call to schedule a free consultation ended in me out $2500 through a non refundable loan. I am 20 and did not have a parent present when they threw contracts and multiple papers at me via zoom I signed. Within 30 minutes I had been found in a harrowing situation. Tammi, the “doctor” who had CLAIMED to have explained throughly what I was signing and what was going to happen. I contacted the office and she was completely offended and shocked, asking me “why did we do this then? ”. At the beginning of the call I told her I wanted PRICING AND CONSULTATION. After she told me I’d be hearing from a “case team” within 7 days, it’s been 3 weeks and nothing. I have a loan due now Sept 16 for $2500 for a service I never did nor will ever receive. Do not work with this company ever. I will be contacting anyone and everyone in this business until this is fixed. I do not care what they say.

Ideal Image is one of the best places to get laser hair treatment in Rochester, the staff is so friendly and flexible, just amazing!:)

Well everyone is very nice I am not sure that the BBL service I have received is working for me. I've had 2 treatments already and there has been no difference In the brown and red spots on my face.
I just had my third treatment so we'll see if it helps at all but I really don't think I want to go through with my fourth and fifth treatments if I don't see any results.
I'm very disappointed as these procedures are expensive.

Had the best underarm laser treatment with Lisa! Looking forward to coming back with her again. She’s so sweet and lovely and made everything so pleasant.

Another successful lip appointment with Lizz. I went in 2 months ago for filler (photo on the left), and I decided I wanted to get a little bit more. I waited until I knew Lizz was available because she did such an amazing job the first time. Pic on the right was yesterday. I am extremely happy with the outcome. Lizz was very patient and understanding of exactly how I wanted my lips to look, and she killed it.

Just had my first treatment for laser hair removal. Lizz was very professional and friendly, and put me at ease right away. Expectations and post treatment care was addressed clearly and concisely. I was also encouraged to call the clinic with any questions or concerns. Looking forward to continuing!

Great friendly customer service, nice and clean atmosphere. Great results, I would definitely recommend the laser treatments for bikini, buttocks and under arms hair removal.

I went to ideal image of Rochester because a friend of mine recommended them and I absolutely loved them. They were very clean and made sure all my questions were answered. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
