Horrible Customer Service and greedy people. They deserve a MINUS ZERO STAR. I will never do business with them ever again. I suggest you find a reputable establishment to do do business. Never going back! They pretend to be trustworthy but the truth is they just want your money, Looking at the other reviews you guys really don't deserve to be open.

I had my sons kitchen floor done by a Amir last year with radiant floor heating felt the wall was very hot. Had an electrician open the wall. Thank God he did because the wires were all melted and chard and the wall has burnt marks. I found out that he hired a non licensed electrician to do the work. My house would have burnt down if this wasn’t found. Update. He refused to fix this. He said warranty expired.floor was installed 7/21. Doesnt care that he almost burnt down my sons home. (my son is physically disabled from a rare condition called moya moya syndrome) Amir knows this and knows that if the house went totally on fire he wouldn't have made it out of the house if me or his nurse were not here. Run from this man! UPDATE: consumer affairs is now involved Amir is unlicensed at the time he did home improvement and the case is going to the Suffolk County District Attorneys office. All I wanted him to do is give me my money back. Update: my son won in court but he still hasn't paid. Do not use this man you will regret it!

Helpful, fast, and efficient. Had a great product at a reasonable price and was expeditious in turnover. Highly recommend ideal tile

Best shop for tiles and rental trucks. Amir the guy who helped us, gave us a great customer service. Shop is really nice from inside and the design of the tiles. They also have so much unique styles. Great place to shop

I do not recommend this business. I worked with Amir on choosing bathroom tile (floor and bathtub/wall tile). He only gave the total price rather than an itemized amount and I later found out this is because he charges 5% credit card fee as well as delivery fee to the store (not even to your house!). The delivery fee was initially $170 but after pushback was lowered to $100.

AFTER running my credit card he stamps on the itemized bill "FINAL SALE NO CANCELLATION NO RETURN". He did not inform me of this prior to charging my credit card.

1-2 days later, he was unable to get the floor tile as it was discontinued. So he refunded that amount for the floor tile BUT he initially stated that the 5% credit card fee was not refundable even though he was the one unable to get the product. Also part of the shipping cost was not refunded (I was still getting the bathtub/wall tile from him at this point so I did not say anything). After explaining to him how ridiculous this business practice is, he tried to explain that he still has to pay the credit card fee even with a refund issued. After much pushback he refunded including the 5% credit card fee.

A few days later my bathtub/wall tile arrived at Ideal Tile. When I picked up the tile, it was in boxes and unable to inspect it properly. We brought it home and when we took the tile out of the box, we found that it did not match the sample from the store. We brought a few tiles back to the store to show Ideal Tile that it did NOT match the sample tile. The sample of the white tile has black streaks throughout. The actual tile received is 90% plain white and no black streaks. When we attempted to return the tile (all 7 boxes in proper packaging), Ideal Tile stated the their supplier will not take the tile back and refused to refund the money. They only offered a store credit which we refused as they did not have any other tile that we liked. This was $1000 worth of tile that we are now unable to use and unable to return.

We contacted the credit card company to get involved but Amir's response to the inquiry was not factual.

Stay away from this tile store! Overpriced and does not stand behind what they deliver. I wish I read the reviews on this store before I purchased from there. So many other people have been victims to them as well. I can't see how they will remain in business much longer.

Amir from Ideal Tile was very helpful and got the job done! Needed repair on cabinet installations, backsplash, and moldings. All work done professionally, added flooring and now have a beautiful kitchen. Would recommend Ideal Tile in Patchogue.

Pricey pricey pricey, almost 2k more than our last quote with less work being done. Beautiful products but the price killed it for us

Terrible quality cabinets and sink completely dropped out of the countertop they installed. I only noticed after the fact, there weren't any clips. I have been trying to resolve this issue with him and he had the nerve to charge my credit card up front and then his guy never showed. I only gave one star, because I really wanted no stars, because he answers his calls. I was charge $341 for his shoty work and he never showed up. I've been still trying to schedule and shouldn't even have to pay. For some reason this site won't allow me to post pics but if anyone wants to see them contact me. BUYER BEWARE!
