IdentoGO, Rochester NY

Waited 3 weeks for an appointment and I wasn’t allowed to get anything done because my license has a crack in it. Lady was rude about everything too!

Unfortunately this is a fraudulent listing. Indentogo does not have a location in Rochester. This is black hawk training and they use intentogo as an answering service. The lady was very rude and required things that were not told to me by the answering service. I do not recommend using this shady company.

Stood in the waiting room for 20 min/ as directed by the greeting sign. 2 employees (same one twice?) walked by a didn’t even make eye contact. Not “hi” not “we’ll be with you soon”
Unbelievable!
Horrible, rude and self important.
They are in it for the money and don’t care about anything else.
Their business is based on referral do they don’t have to care.
Don’t use these lazy, greedy people if you can find an alternative

My third time to IndentoGo and all I can cay is skip it if you can go elsewhere! Zero Stars is more appropriate. They are worse than the DMV, they treat you like they could care less if you are there and able to complete your transaction of not. They completely ignore the people in the waiting area until they are willing to deal with you regardless if you have an appt.or not. Once they do take you in. Rude is the nicest way I can describe their attitudes.and clearly no one cares because it has been this way for years!

Scam and seriously unprofessional, asking for PII but they were not able to provide any reason, credentials or supporting documents. Contacted the TSA and filed complaints. Save yourself the headake do not go here!
