IFixScreens did a great job replacing the back of an iPhone 13max which had cracked after falling on concrete. I brought it to them on a Sunday afternoon. They were able to make the repair and even stayed open an extra 20 minutes to finish it the same day.

Great and knowledgeable in tech service. Device was fixed in under 4 Hours.would recommend to anyone seeking a screen fixed.

Awful, horrible communication, poor customer service. They kept interrupting when I was asking questions. They left me with a broken phone and no refund.

One guy is honest, the other one tried to overcharge me for a screen and was forced to admit there was a cheaper price. He tried to lie and say my screen wasn't functional, even as I'm literally using it in front of him. The only reason this gets more than 1 star is because the first guy was honest and helpful

Very frustrated. Took my classic iPod for repair. Not only was it not fixed but I was told by an employee that he saw my iPod runmimg for 2 days straight for no apparent reason. Store clerk Rakim was belligerent and rude and hung up on me 2x. AVOID THIS STORE

My phone became fully unusable after 6 months. It's not worth it, just bite the bullet and get your phone fixed properly/get a new phone.

Don’t recommend people comping to this place to get your iPhone fixed. I went in to replace my iPhone’s back cover but the guy broke my screen while repairing it. That’s such a stupid mistake and can’t believe it happens in this reputable shop. The guy is over promise but under delivery. I was so frustrated that my original screen is damaged and has to be replaced with an aftermarket part. He said the part should arrive in a day or two but I waited almost a week. Now my iPhone 13 lost True Tone due to the lack of skills but they guy didn’t even feel sorry. Lesson learned- always bring your iPhone to Apple Store because it’s worth it. Stay away from this shop at all costs
