iFLY - Westchester, Yonkers NY

Had a great time, the flying is cool, but the prices are a little unreasonable for a short flight time

This place was amazing. I was nervous because my son is 5 years old but he been asking to go. The staff was amazing. His instructor was amazing. She kept a good eye on him and when she high flew him she gave me a thumbs up that he was good. He ended up flying 3 times. The place was clean and the bathroom was clean.
I have nothing but good things to say and will be back. Thank you IFLY Westchester.

Pretty good experience. I would definitely recommend it for friends and family to at least try it once.

My husband, son and I drove 2 hours so our son can experience IFY but they were fully booked which we didn't know. Instead of speaking to us and explaining on what we should do in future, GABRIELLE, THE SUPERVISOR THERE at the front dest at the Westchester NY location was HORRIBLE! She is unprofessional, rude and need to learn how to treat clients. She is a bad representation for IFLY and she made our EXPERIENCE a very unpleasant one. She ruined ours and most important son's day!

Regional Director Jessica was PHENOMENAL. She heard about our horrific experience at IFLY NY two weeks ago and turned the situation around. When we went back Kevin, the GM, greeted us and and was so kind and professional. He delivered outstanding service that you will give to any customer who walks into IFLY! The instructor Mahalo was SUPERB! He was so personable with everyone especially the kids and gave them instructions for exactly what will take place. He really made the experience an enjoyable one. I hope all employees there follow in Mahalo footsteps!

Our flight instructor Sammy was super reassuring and was made sure everyone in the group had a great time in the tunnel. At the end Gabby made all the checkout details super clear and was happy to help us take photos home. Great experience, can’t wait to go back!

Gabriella and Jason (from Mineapolis!) were awesome hosts for our group when we came for an early Father's Day. This was our first time indoor skydiving and we had a blast doing it. We're planning on coming back soon to try it out more. A word of warning: my father had a shoulder injury in the past, and they're very cautious and adament about warning you against the experience if you've dislocated a shoulder before. Fortunately, my dad came through okay, and we discovered my sister has a real knack for skydiving. Awesome!

It was my first time doing indoor skydiving and I really enjoyed it! Mahalo trained us before we went up in the air and the experience was unforgettable!

Great instructors wonderful experience. I wish it wasn't a group setting with kids.and the time was a little longer but it was overall a great experience

I have sky dived and this is the only way he would have sky dived with me. Great instructors. Fun time. Kids we in the first group and they had a blast. I need to return to get some tricks in BUT perfect my beginners pose

Paul did an amazing job as a flight instructor and our kids loved it. Highly recommended. We plan to come back.
