I am so glad that I found iFurniture Assembly! I had previously ordered two couches from Wayfair, but that company has been a total mess during the pandemic and I have been waiting for 3 weeks for an update about where my order stood. Turns out, they didn't even have it in stock but kept me waiting with multiple phone calls and no valuable information. Something told me to check in with iFurniture Assembly, as I saw they had the same exact couch listed on their website. Within 48 hours, they were delivered to my door and assembled perfectly with care. They turned a frustrating situation totally around for me, and I am so grateful for their services! IFurniture Assembly answered my email within minutes and the entire process was so smooth. I wish I contacted them from the beginning! I will definitely use them again in the future.

Frustrating to say the least. We’ve had multiple deliveries from Ikea already, and this one has to be the worst. We made the order probably last week or 2 weeks ago. The day before this delivery (today), is only when they gave us our window, which is 2-6pm. We can’t have any deliveries past 5pm as per the lease agreement.

I understand there’s really not much anyone can do as, as we were told deliveries are done geographically. However, it would’ve helped a lot if we were given the possible delivery window earlier, instead of the day before the delivery.

It’s a hassle if this delivery falls through, as we have already moved our schedules around to accommodate the delivery. To make things worse, we cannot have deliveries on weekends as per the lease agreement. Hopefully, things improve. -

Asked for a quote and it was like talking to a 5 year old child. Asking questions that were on my email.

This service was so helpful-I really appreciate that the delivery window is only 2 hours so that you don't have to wait around ALL day. They made a bed delivery to my 6 floor walk-up so much easier. Totally worth a few extra bucks on-top of the delivery fee to not have to carry the heavy boxes up myself. I regret every time I dragged myself to Ikea to get furniture myself. Will use again for sure.

Quick, professional, reliable, clean. I just can say nice words about their job to shop, deliver and assemble in one day one king bed, two kids bed, one couch, five drawers. Better impossible.

These guys are the best. They assembled two enormous wardrobes for me, and then also came back to reinforce and fix part of it when my building damaged them moving them during a leak. They're quick, professional, and very fair prices. Super easy to schedule, too.

Professional, efficient and going the extra mile for a client-   The first week of April I contacted more than one IKEA delivery/assembly service and IfurnitureAssembly was the first, sending reply within hours.  I stayed with them and to my great benefit. Despite having listed only weekday office hours, their office manager Marina was most considerate and continued to make needed arrangements with me by email, over the weekend. - - While my shopping list is not complicated my situation was, as I was recovering from a recent fall with rib fractures and being already disabled, I required a vendor that was willing to go the extra mile to provide types of services I needed, being incapable, while still in recovery,  of any lifting or tool manipulation myself.  - Purchase, delivery and assembly proceeded rapidly without a hitch and continues further at present. - Alek and Yurii, are strong and skilled with assembly, including an electric standing desk which which I had already purchased. They grasped immediately my need to reposition my living room furniture and with the new additions create a living work space that best met my needs as an independent scholarly researcher and with limited mobility, requiring work and recline areas in more than one area and yet having the comfort of a home. - They were most thoughtful in working with me to ensure that both table/desk and the above shelf  positions and heights were most suitable and even took steps on their own to tighten wall bracket mounts already in place with which the tables were to be bracket suspended to provide legless open space under the desk top. - With their recovering of my modular sofa, I am well under way and now prepare for my second list for the next phase.  IfurnitureAssembly provides me with a most valuable service given my situation and working with them has been and continues to be a pleasure.  An added plus is that both Alek and Yurii are classical music lovers as I, so as they were working to newly compose my modest home/work space, as  Mozart violin concerto, softly  served as background.

I turned to iFurniture when I couldn't reach a human being at Ikea to track an order through their Central Customer Delivery.iFurniture responded to my email in minutes, scheduled the shopping and delivery for the date I needed which was two days away, and then moved it at the last minute to accommodate a space issue. Their assembly guys arrived on time and put a giant wardrobe together in no time flat and left no trace behind. Don't waste your time saving a small amount of money dealing directly with Ikea. Let these guys do all the work. It's worth the wear and tear on you!
