Iguana New York reviews
10We stopped in to get some food before we headed to the Neil Simon Theater to see MJ. They had happy hour drinks but not food that I don't understand at all. The food wasn't great - the nachos weren't good, grilled chicken was dry and hard, calamari was rubbery, but the wings were said to be good. Now, the mango margaritas he made was on point.
We went to see MJ at The Neil Simon Theater. Brown said the wings were good, Robinson had the calamari and chicken sandwich w fries. The calamari was rubbery, and grilled chicken was hard and dry. My nachos were horrible, the beef was mushy- no seasoning. I didn't understand how you can have Happy Hour drinks and not food. I won't be going back. Now the drinks he made was good.
Very disappointing, I didn't like the food at all. We told the manager that we had a weak table and he told us that it was weak because there was no drink on it, the price was very expensive and I found the service very cloying, to the point that I felt watched, I did not enjoy the dinner. The waiters were too attentive and overwhelming, each and every one of them. And a very bad impression with the manager/boss, he seems strict with the staff. Then we went upstairs to dance and we had to leave because I felt like my eardrums were bursting because of how loud the music was. So what was going to be a special evening was a disappointment.
We had an awesome time a couple of months ago. Drinks were really good. Food was good, and a bit pricey -probably the area. Service was amazing. Oscar was super nice and attentive.
One of the best thing in a Restaurant is a Customer service. This place has the best waiter (José Luis) in town from whom we received friendly and respectful service, with full knowledge of the menu, he made us feel comfortable and our trip. I recommend this place and especially the service and attention of José Luis.
The fajitas are good! This restaurant is really a 3.5 in my opinion because the prices reflect the tourist/Broadway show crowd of the area. It’s fun though and good for large groups. There is also Latin dancing on Thursdays and weekends.
The music was not the best at all on the third or first level. I was very disappointed. My 20 dollars charge was not worth it.
Every thing that our server suggeste we loved it! He has really respectful and considered we love our time and definitely we will be back
Magnificent place!
From the outside it looks like a simple place, but when you enter.you find a spacious place with a Mexican restaurant on the ground floor, a disco with American music on the lower floor and Caribbean music on the first floor
The Mexican dinner was very good and the friendliness of all the staff was excellent!
Strongly recommended!
We came and we left because the
Person who attended us (Friday 11: 50 pm) very unsympathetic when receiving us and explaining to us. It seemed that he did not want to be there. $20 cover they charged to get in but the place looked Dead.
