IHOP, Brooklyn NY

My family and I went to the Coney Island store was clean friendly service was superb our waiter Dimitri was just great.
When we arrived they took tour name # of persons and phone number to notify you your table was waiting for you.
The breakfast was great.

Very good. The wait was only 10 minutes. They also have amazing deals like the 6 dollar menu. The place is busy and alot of people are there. Me and friends went to Luna Park and went there. We had a blast, food was good and well worth the price. Only thing we didn't like was the service. There were no menus as we had to scan the table and they never came back to fill our water.

The salad was horrible and the fish was really cold. The pancakes were falling apart and the coffee was not refilled.

This place was really dirty. They barely wipe down the tables and floors, and silverware. Also, the food will leave you in the bathroom for a while. There's always a loud crowd, and not that good food. The wait in the mornings can be up to an hour long.

Standard IHOP offering outdoor dining and take out. Menu items include many American diner classic items and the famous pancakes. The staff was helpful and pleasant. There are heaters so temperatures are somewhat controlled. Almost Everything is served in single use as a COVID precaution. You should definitely drop by after taking a long hike along the magnificent boardwalk. Workup your appetite walking along the shoreline watching the beautiful sand shaped by the rolling waves. You could also stop here after a visit to the NY aquarium just a short walk away.

Outdoor patio dining, indoor dining was good with customers being spaced out far apart, utensils are clean and food portions are substantial. Wait staff are very friendly and energetic.

Took my Fiend here to eat I have been here numerous times. They are always courteous, friendly and with a Smile. Food is Fabulous Service is Great and have built an Outdoor dining Platform where you can eat take off your coat and be comfortable in a Safe Environment. Love it

The service was good that's why I gave it 3 stars.i think their over priced. I keep telling myself not to return but end up going back because the kids like it.

My waitress was very nice kept checking in on us. Was not too busy for a Sunday morning which was great. The food was good.

Me and my son spent a great time at this Ihop in Brooklyn. Good food and received the best service. I recomended it.

Nasty stuff and so is the Manager. Do not go there if you want to get discriminated. I am Jewish therefor kosher I wanted to substitute bacon and sausage for eggs or hash browns. They told me it’s agains their policy which is A BIG FAT LIE. I always do it in Long Island location by my house. And they never charged me extra and now they are trying to do so.

Not good. I generally like IHOP, but this place messed up big. Ordered Cobb Salad to go. Instead of Cobb Salad we got something that's not even on the menu: red onions on top of the salad and no bacon. Didn't even have ranch dressing. My wife hates onions and was going to throw out the salad. I had to finish it.

Sorry very dirty bathroom floors and table tops Breakfast came out cold will never fo there again

Food was good, but waiting for a server took a bit of time.oh, the restrooms could have been tidier.

I was sitting at table having breakfast when I was bitten several times by a bedbug, I found the bedbug crawling on my blouse, my sister got a napkin to get the bug off my blouse, i gave it to one of the workers, then she showed it to her supervisor

I do not recommend this place unless you are trying to feel gross afterwards. It is a regular fast food place and the pancakes do not even taste that great. I would not come back, would much rather go somewhere else. It is clean inside, but the service was so so it is as if we do not count as customers.

Horrible service i come here all the time, and usually have a great time; but today my server was very rude, had extremely poor customer service skills. Had my daughter and i 40 minutes for 2 pancakes. Never even introduce himself when he finally came to my table.

Everything is so salty! Burgers&hash browns very salty! Omelettes were awesome and perfect.

Customer service was ok, the server got out order wrong and didnt inform us of our options and didnt want to adjust the order for us
