IHOP, Monroe NY

I took my family tonight for a school fundraiser. It was busy and they were short staffed. Patti, the manger, and her team did a fabulous job of seating guests and serving food in a timely fashion. They worked their tails off and did it with a smile. Thank you!

I love this location! It always has a steady crowd (because it's good!). The service is friendly and quick and the French toast is fantastic.

Manager is amazing not sure of his name but his a light skinned gentleman I’ll get his name next time but I love this place because of him!

Good food and staff. Once again thank to Amber and Javion. The entire group of over 20 ppl were satisfied with the service during our Shrove Tuesday celebration @ IHOP on Larkin Drive Monroe, NY.

The food is always great, Crystal set the standard for excellent waitressing. I hope to have her or someone like her on my upcoming visits.

We were immediately greeted and seated right away. Our server, Jovani, came over quickly after we sat down and took our drink order. We got our order within 10-15 minutes. All of the food was not the right temperature, at best, they were lukewarm. Considering the restaurant had few customers, I would have expected everything to be hot. The biscuits, IMO, weren't biscuits, more like a roll. Overall, the food tasted good and Jovani was an awesome server. We will try it again, just in case this was not representative of the norm.

We are no strangers to this location and they have definitely gotten better overall.
Food was cooked well, service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was welcoming.

IHOP was great, service and waitress were good, long wait. I assume they were short staff. Nothing new nowadays. Omelet was huge can be shared by 2 people. Strawberry crepe was amazing. Restaurant was clean and well lit, Highly recommended.

We came here for lunch before heading to Legoland. The wait for a table was not too long, but be aware that this location is not at full capacity for staff. The food was good and arrived fairly quickly.

I haven't been to IHOP in a few years, I went with a friend who I went to school with my sister. So I really enjoy myself

Waited in the front for almost 10 min b4 someone came to get me a seat.wasn't very friendly about it either. I thought there were only 3 ppl workin but I soon found out there were apprx 5 plus present. Only one young lady greeted me and took my order respectfully. Most were of Hispanic origin wth th exception of one older white woman who basically shoved my plate of food without no type of decency. I really felt saddened by her demeanor, she appeared to b th manager.but one thing for sure and 2 things for certain. I won't return there. I never had an issue with anybody at a IHOP house but this one really took th trophy I do thank the young lady Emily for her hard work and respectful attitude towards her job.

I was only disappointed that they no longer have biscuits and gravey.

The seasonal pancakes were delicious. Pumpkin spice. I always going back for those.
We ate 2+2+2 and add pumpinks spice pancakes. And pancakes combo.

Came for spontaneous breakfast, wasn't busy when arrived and was seated right away. The server we had wasn't in a good mood it appeared compared to other places we've been. Plus had to wait a long time to get our check as we couldn't see our server anywhere. Had better service in other ihops.

The wait to be seated was LONG.

I ordered strawberry banana pancakes (signature dish) the four strawberries were FROZEN and I got 4 little round slices of banana.

Service was great
Our food was delicious and so affordable.
We love coming here.

Food was fine, sevice was good. Miss the little coffe pot though. Something they should have keft alone at the corporate level. Have to keep flagging waitresses for a refill.

Go to breakfast will be always IHOP! Food is always good and fast serving!

Location: It is located near Woodbury Commons. We always go here before we shop around! The interior is typical IHOP, there is a lot of parking as well.

Service: 3rd time coming here and we always have nice employees. Always ask us if we need something.

Food: I always order the BREAKFAST SAMPLER because it has everything ham, sausage, bacon, grits and plus they ask you how you like your eggs cooked! It comes with pancakes as well! Well their PANCAKES were good! I hope they bring back the flavored syrups tho! FUNNY FACE: for kids who loves chocolate, this is soo good!

Price rating: 5/10, it was not bad for the price.

I will definitely come back for breakfast before shopping at the outlet!

I love IHOP they have great food and drinks there I go there me and my boyfriend go there a lot we love it there.
