IHOP, Valley Stream NY

I ordered through Uber eats for pickup. It said the food would be ready in an hour at 12: 30. The food took over an hour and was cold. We saw our food sitting there for 45 minutes as they waited for one more dish. We kept asking about our food and they had no idea what was happening. They kept saying different things were missing and none of those were the things holding up our order. I had to reheat my over easy eggs because it was ice cold. They also forgot the toppings to the pancake so we had to go back. I will never be ordering from this IHOP again.

At my table no Pepper shaker (had takeout pepper packets). Waitress brought my eggs and sides 10 minutes before my Pancakes were ready. Warm syrup was served in a cup.

This Ihop just like every Ihop in the weekend AM is very busy! The food is what is expected from their menu, no dissapointments as the food arrived cooked properly and hot, they care. One good plus, is service. We always had good service when we come.

Food is good as usual. Food was served quickly. My son's food was a bit cold and our waiter Narciso quickly corrected the issue. Although it was quite busy Narciso was very attentive. He contributed to this visit being a good experience!

Service was very good actually and the food too. The problem occurred when I saw a roach crawl on the table. Won’t return solely because of the roach.

This location is a good one. Busy but that's because it's good. IHOP is traditional and always a good place for breakfast.

1st time eating here since Covid, meal was good, could have used a net around the tent, yellow Jack's were hungry I guess. Overall glad to be out. The food was good, server was nice and pleasent.

Need separate service window for takeout. Complete Kos. Terrible workforce. Terrible pancakes. Too bad for such a great franchise

For two people, very poor and slow service. It literally took one hour from when we ordered to get the food on the table. The food arrived and it was tasteless. Never coming to this location again.

Pancakes are to die for!
My husband and I went there around 9: 30 and they were no wait time.
Our server was very friendly!
But every time we went they always forgets to give us utensils.

I placed an order online. Got text messages and emails saying order was received. I get to IHOP for curbside pick up and no one comes out. I go in and my order was never received. Now im late to work because their system was down. Thats not my fault and I get nothing for free or no discount smh never order online. So annoyed with this IHOP

Ordered eggs scrambled soft. Received blanket-like eggs that you find on McDonald's breakfast sandwiches. There was no wait because no one was there. Toilet in the bathroom wasnt flushing. Everything else was ok.

Steak was a little under but not much still good, take was dirty when brought to it but immediately cleaned. The service was fast and efficient.

Food is standard iHop food.

Any restaurant's real colors of hygiene can be determinedfrom their bathroom cleanliness maintenance and this location needs to maintain their bathroom need to be maintained. Floor in and right outside of the bathroom is so oily and slippery hazard.

Parking lot is good, however with narrow spots designed by a quantity greedy mentality.
Overall prices are higher due to food industry's constqnt blame game on the covid pandemic.for how much longer customers have to make-up for their loss.if there was any, really (after all those packages and incentives they have received) aka double dipping.

Staff seemed overworked and disorganized, probably due to how busy this location is, resulting in unfriendly greetings and interactions with customers. My takeout order was not ready on time for pickup and several items were missing.

Cut portions. One egg instead of two, I spent $$ here and expected to get my money’s worth for that price. They didn’t give any utensils and everything was bland. They do not answer calls here. Don’t bother ordering if you don’t want to be disappointed.
