Best run IHOP I’ve ever been to. Staff friendly, immaculately clean and manager checking in with all tables. The owners know what they’re doing. Well done!

The most cleanest IHOP my family and I’ve ever been too in Brooklyn. The service was outstanding and the food came out fast. I’d give it a 5 however, the T bone steak was terrible but everything else was amazing.

Staff wasn't sure if they've anything halal or Kosher.

I love pancakes & I couldn't eat because of them.

Happy that it's close to my house, also it's my 3rd time, and the food and service was good m. No complaints

I have been waiting for this restaurant to be opened for quite sometime and was so excited to try it out as it is literally 5 minutes away from my house. Since it’s a newly build restaurant, everything was so new and the parking is more than enough. The customer service is excellent and the food is delicious. The food quality is consistent with all other IHOP. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are around the area.

The food is good, unfortunately I had a hair in my food.
They canceled it but acted like nothing happened and I was disappointed.
The food we took home also had a hair in it.

Since this new IHOP location opened up, my family and I have been excited to go and have an authentic IHOP pancake experience.

Our verdict: stick with the pancakes.

We ate here a few times during different times of the day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), but found that the only quality food worth visiting for is the pancakes. Dinner, specifically, feels and tastes like a pre-packaged, unseasoned, warmed up version of what it could be. It feels like "fake food" often found in low-to-mid quality chain restaurants.

As for service, it really depends on the day and time. We've had great servers who cleared our dishes and were very attentive to our needs, and other times our table remained cluttered and we were ignored. Keep a close eye on your check, kids eat free during dinner hours, but sometimes the servers forget to apply the discount.

The overall look and feel of the restaurant is good. Clean dining area, clean bathrooms, no discernable noise coming from the kitchen. It is an ideal place for a restaurant. There is even a parking lot in the back of the building, which is great because parking is difficult in the area. I just wish they were more consistent with their quality of food and service. Perhaps they will strike a balance the longer they remain open.

3/5 stars overall - with plenty of room for improvement. Go for the pancakes, though, they're pretty good.

Scrambled eggs soft eggs were powdered drenched in butter, not soft, coffee $3,99 per person, price for two people $45 for breakfast, could have went to Perry's Diner and got a nice breakfast for two for about $25 with free coffee

I know it's all the rave not my cup of tea. Very sweet. A lot of sugar could not be a health food place if you're ordering any of the pancakes or french toasts but tasty

The waitress was so sweet. The food is okay but seems like everything is processed now but still good and the place is nice and clean. The workers are also very pleasant.

Came for breakfast-Seated immediately, very courteous staff and food was served fast. Over all will definitely return again.

Great location and it's also nice that they have a parking lot. The food was good as usual.

Ordered pancakes it was so good and chocolaty will be coming back her for sure fancy chairs and booths too!

This restaurant is clean. It has comfortable seatings. The service is good. The food is good.

We've been to many IHOP's in the 5 Boroughs. They were all terrible. Especially in comparison to this one! Aside from the obvious - that it's new & so clean - the service is great. They picked truly good servers. I just hope they keep it clean and Neat!

Wonderful clean place with a staff that is amazing the owner and manager treated us like family! Very courteous friendly and attentive! We love it! Super sparkling clean, convenient parking!

Just opened close to me, and it great service is fast and friendly me and my son eat there often

So nice to have a new location! Everything looked beautiful, good service, food was great. I was there on a Sunday brunch and it was full but managed to avoid wait time which was nice.
If you'll go I believe you'll enjoy it.
