IKEA, Hicksville NY

Ordered online, easy and excellant price. I went to pick up, checked in online in my car, easy again, parked in front of pick up area, went inside and as i walked up to counter they called my name. Couldn't have been smoother.and it was a very busy day. Bravo IKEA! Don't know how you did it but Thank You.

Large ikea store in Long Island. Exactly what you expect. They make you walk through entire store to get to cashiers. Good selection and prices. I deduct a star because the silly shopping carts with 4 moveable wheels can be difficult to steer when fully loaded. Also not enough registers open as they are pushing self checkout. Other than that, great option for furniture.

Clean and appears small on the outside but it’s huge on the inside. Mainly because I’m comparing it to the ikeas in SoCal.

I had a remarkable experience with your employee Paula at your store last week and I was pleasant surprise that Ikea takes very good care of their workers. I was very frustrated that you were out of gravy again and I was very harsh on Paula. But she didn't mind. She just keep smiling and said to me, Making the gravy is the easiest to make your meatballs dinner.and she just started telling me her recipe. She made me feel confident I can make the gravy so I both a bunch of meatballs. When I paid I offered my change to her but she said I can't take it but believe me I Kea takes good care of us. She's such a caracter.

Very POOR experience with order from LONG ISLAND location I ordered 13 items and collected them like a set online (long island location provide this service). Few hours before delivery at night I received letter, that 4 random items from my order out of stock. I checked online and I saw that all 4 items available for delivery. IKEA was ready to deliver 9 items from my 13. Since early morning I was on the phone with costumer’s service. And they promised, that I can take from delivery only items, that I need. From 9 I didn’t need already 4 items. Because it was set with other 4 items, that IKEA canceled without my permission. I needed already just 5. But I could take just 1 from 5. I took 1 mattress. And other 4 was in box with other 4. And delivery didn’t give me permissions for open box. Now I still didn’t receive any letter, notice or poof about my refound $$$$ for 12 items! 4 you canceled by your side, 3 I couldn’t take from box and 5 I didn’t need already because it was not already set. For what I paid shipping? Just for mattress? But I have Amazon prime, and I could use their store with free shipping. I’m totally disappointed. If I need to buy again the same products, that available for delivery. Where is warranty, that I will receive? And why I will need to pay for shipping again? And where is my refund for 12 items?
My order was completed by Long Island location.

What can I say.ikea is ikea.go when it's less crowded.and definitely go to the restaurant before you start shopping.no one likes to hangry shop.
Otherwise it's a fun place to shop

Well, the bad thing is that when you come in and you don't know where it is, they go around and around, and if they go looking for something, they can never locate it, they have no warning.

Did not have product that was showing online in store, when got there it was back order but find some thing fimiler

Favorite place to shop. Love the easy ideafor decorating. I love Swedish food. I you become a member, you can enjoy the free Swedish coffee

I love Ikea while still in Moscow. Now there is neither us nor Ikea in Moscow. So we have good parenting now, already being in NYC. And Ikea is beautiful as always!
