Il Bambino reviews
16Love this place. The vibe is always chill. I’ve been going for many years. The staff is welcoming. The food is always spot on perfect
Yummy sandwiches and crostinis. We enjoyed the food and the service. You order your food up at the front and sit down like at any other restaurant and have the food served. Everything tasted fresh and the crispiness of the bread was great. The hostess was very sweet and accommodating which made the visit even more pleasant.
This place is kind of a nice place to eat, but I have quite a few problems with it. I give this restaurant 2 stars because when u order takeout from this restaurant, the food will be ready in 15minutes, but if u eat inside the restaurant the food will take like 1 hour to come, which is really annoying.
The best of the best. Il Bambino has permanently ruined me for other paninis. Everything here is good, especially the brunch paninis and the peanut butter hot chocolate.
AWESOME! I went tonight to Il Bambino for the first time and wow! It was so so good.
Daniele was incredibly helpful and super friendly. I ordered 3 different paninis and each one was full of flavor and unique. Great quality that you can taste!
Can’t wait to go again for more. Thank you guys!
You can really tell that a great chef crafted the paninis because the flavors are strong but extremely well-balanced. The breakfast paninis have super fluffy eggs. Love this place.
This is my favorite restaurant in Astoria, no questions asked. I've had several of their paninis with the roasted mushroom being my favorite. I just discovered Il Bambino after living around the corner from it for years! If you're craving a delicious panini this is definitely the spot to check out in Astoria!
The best panini in Astoria! Always consistent with the quality of ingredients. Great size portions. Thanks for the last minute order just before closing!
My whole family loves Il Bambino and my husband and I have been going there over 10 years now. After we had kids, they've come to love it as well. Our go to items on the menu are the string bean salad, the egg salad crostini with bacon and chili oil, tomato bisque, and the meatball panini. They have lots of other great items on the menu as well as some seasonal specials like the crab meat crostini we had once and they were all mouth watering delicious. To satisfy my sweet tooth they have lots some great desserts and drinks. We've been craving some during this whole pandemic and finally did a trek from Brooklyn just to pick up some of our faves and it definitely hit the spot. Though the menu has pared down because of the pandemic, it still does not disappoint.
Really delicious panini. Highly recommend the Senor P. Also the brunch panini are to die for. Fast service and there is a beautiful outdoor seating area in the back.
Delicious food at reasonable prices. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu! I've been eating here for a decade now and have never had a bad meal.
Nice place. Nice people. Very good paninis. I leave one star off because the paninis could be just a tad more tasty for an excellent rating.
This spot is worth visiting. They have big portions for affordable prices. Regularly well kept and with good ambience. Will visit here again.
Such an amazing little restaurant! The Nutella hot chocolate was to die for! I got the special of the day, which i hope ill be able to have again. The staff was so sweet and the restaurant fit so nicely in with the neighborhood. Will absolutely go again!
Il Bambino offers a large selection of creative and inventive Pannis featuring different look products imported from Italy. The sweet sausage panini was good and had just the right amount of "kick". The dirty chips were also very tasty. The service was a little spotty and there were only a handful of people in the place.
