I love IL Corso. They have the greatest cakes, cookies and pastries. Had a napolean cake for my husband's birthday, it was delicious.

My favorite place for Italian pastries.
Holidays are not the same if u don't stop here.
My problem here is, I only have 2 hands.

Enjoyed mini cannolis, and rainbow cookies to bring to family. 1st time in and very happy with the desserts, and people who work there super nice. Went on Christmas day & will be back soon.

Bought a strawberry short cake for a birthday 12/2022. Cake was the worst ever! All cream no cake. Could have bought a tub of cool wip and strawberries. Oh yeah and cost of cake was $29

Definitely one of the top 3 Italian bakeries in Long Island. Every year for the past 23 years, we have gotten a cannoli cake for my mother’s birthday here and every year it never disappoints. This year we had a small issue. We called and came in and were taken care of right away. They truly are the best. Also some of the best cannolis and cookies you will ever have.

Disappointed on simple cake order ie. Durability, appearance, taste, accuracy of what was ordered.
Guests ate 1 slice to be nice, stuck with half a cake nobody wants.

Wonderful Baby shower cake! It is exactly what we wanted. The owner really helped us figure out what would work for us, and gave us exactly what we asked for! The cake looked just like the photo inspo. Will definitely be coming here for our future family event cakes. Great family owned Bakery!

This my second visit to II Corso. First one was few years ago and we were very disappointed. Cookie package We got were old and dry. We decided to give it one more try recently and we were happy we did. We chose fruit cup with custard. All was fresh and tasty. Hit the right spot.

This place has the best Italian pastries anywhere and the owner always filled the lobster trails fresh for me evertime I went there. Anything you buy will be amazing.

As soon as we tasted the cannoli filling when we did our cake tasting we immediately knew we needed to work with iL Corso for our wedding! After speaking with the employees there they instantly picked up on our vision and were able to bring it to life. They were so knowledge and eager to help us design the cake of our dreams! We decided on cannoli and chocolate cream filling for the bottom 2 layers and funfetti for the top. All our guests raved about the cake & were asking for extra servings!

Il Corso Pastry Shop is absolutely mouth watering! They have the best cookies and out of this world cannoli's! If you haven't been to this bakery yet, you are missing out! They also have the best and most friendly staff. A+ rating!

Got a double dogit cake from them for Daughters Birthday party. Everybody loved their cake. Its presentation etc.

Beyond Amazing. II Corso made my wedding extra amazing. I am speechless. I loved everything about our wedding cake. Vanilla cake with cannoli and raspberry filling butter cream icing. I’m sooooo happy.

Beware! Stay away from the fruit pastries at this bakery! The fruit is displayed in the case even though they it is clearly wilting. Even the blueberries in the Napoleon pastries were putrid! When I asked for a refund, the manager told me he would “take care of me” as if id be interested in coming back.

Additionally, do not order flaky pastries from this bakery at the end of the day, they will be stale.

Yuck!

I got my daughter's 30th birthday cake here.
A 3 and 0.
One was rainbow cookie and the other was chocolate with chocolate pudding.

I usually never write any bad reviews about any business, but this was just unbelievable. First time I ordered a cake from Il Corso Pastry Shop for my husband’s birthday. I got it yesterday. Lady from the store placed it in the car herself. By the time it got to my house, the top half completely slid off the cake. Like a clean cut. The cake didn’t tilt, slide, or move from the plate at all. The top half just completely came off. It wasn’t even a two tier cake. From my multiple experiences of ordering cakes, I know that’s not supposed to happen. Very disappointing to say the least. I called the shop to complain, but the owner was unavailable. Okay. So I spoke to the lady who took my order on the phone, but she was not helpful at all. She kept saying she couldn’t do anything to help me or compensate for their mistake. Basically, she tried to throw the blame on me as if it was my fault that the cake broke in half. As if I knew that was going to happen. Lol. I asked if I could speak to a manager or an assistant manager. She said they didn’t have people in those positions at their bakery. At this point I’m very frustrated so I asked to speak to someone else, but “no one could come to the phone. ” In conclusion, it was glaringly apparent that the people who work at Il Corso Pastry Shop don’t know what to do in the absence of the owner when mishaps/problems like this happen. They have no protocol to follow because that’s the same response I got today as well when I called back. I’m extremely dissatisfied with their customer service. It is point-blank terrible. I sent them an email twice. No response back. I called again today and apparently the owner was conveniently unavailable again. I was told the owner would call back. I left my name and number again. Still waiting on that phone call.

Decent Italian bakery conveniently located at the heart of Valley Stream business district. Always fresh, always tastes good, super friendly staff. The store is not big so the selection of products might be influenced by that. Personal favorite, their tiramisu cake is to die for.
