Experience was exceptional from start to finish. Melissa did a great job and I highly recommend the hot towel shave for that pesky neck line. Crisp edges and the attention to detail was A+.

Best Barbershop I’ve been to in Buffalo. If you book online make sure you ask for Ben, he’s a great barber. Always takes care of me with a fresh skin fade, pays attention to details, and never rushes. Highly recommend if you don’t have a consistent barber, new to Buffalo, or want to try a different place, book Il Mulino for your next cut! This location off Washington St also has a classy bar and a tailor shop.

IL Mulino is my first actual barber since I was a teenager and I feel like I’ve been missing out on outstanding haircuts my entire adult life. I’ve only had Jared cut my hair, and I can say he knows what he’s doing! I had him cut my hair for my wedding and I couldn’t have been more thrilled! Highly recommend this place for the atmosphere and professionalism and knowledge.

Nice looking facility. Clippers werent cleaned before I received Edge up, So
I developed a rash and bumps a day after. New barbers must remember to use alcohol to prevent cuts, Bumps, and rashes.

The drinks were fabulous! None watered-down! The late afternoon atmosphere was very pleasant. Decor relaxing and room size semi-spacious! Bartender, great conversationalist! This place is worth the trip!

First time here. Chris V killed it.

At the time of this review, Chris V has the "Apprentice Barber" label next to his name, but do not let that mislead you. Chris V is an absolute pro.

I came in with a mop, a tight schedule, and a meeting to get to.

Not only did Chris V accommodate me unexpectedly within 2 minutes notice. This was my first cut over 7 months so he had some serious work cut out for him.

I wasn't paying attention to the time so it wasn't until 20 minutes into the cut that I dropped a bomb on him and told him he had 10 minutes to finish up.

Chris V is king. He came through. I made it to my meeting on time and I walked out with one of the best cuts I've ever gotten. Not too many barbers could pull off what I threw at him.

This probably the worst haircut and experience i’ve ever gotten by Chris in downtown. He cut it wayyyy shorter than I showed him and he got mad when I was telling him he was cutting it kinda short and then cut my hair so uneven I honestly could’ve believe it not to mention his hands smelled.

Beautiful location! Chris did a great job with my son…classic cut with a fresh vibe (something we both could agree on). Highly recommend and will be regulars! Thanks Chris!
