My wife and I have been coming to you guys for years and I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Theresa. A couple of years back, a pair of glasses I got from you were really squeezing my head and Theresa adjusted them and they fit amazing now. Fast fwd to present day, I got my first pair of prescription sunglasses the other week and they were bothering my left eye. Enter Theresa again, she does some adjustment magic and bam, the glasses no longer hurt my left eye! It’s no secret you guys sell great products but Theresa is top tier as well and why my family always trust you guys! Thanks!

They called and informed me I was due my annual contact lenses exam
So I went in and had my exam
So I left.
They called me back on the phone to tell me I wasn’t due for another year and I had to pay for the exam.
WHY? Would they call me if they knew my insurance wasn’t going to cover it?
Knowing I had to wait another year for insurance to pay for the exam
I WOULD HAVE NEVER WENT IN FOR THE EXAM!
I would have waited!
I did not pay for the exam and will never go there for ANYTHING!

The most incredible and knowledgeable staff ever. They take their time and don’t rush you into a decision. They are extremely professional and patient. I was greeted with a warm friendly smile. Highly recommend you go there

Love this place even tho I have to go liken 3 times a year for expensive brand names but are definitely worth every penny.because my daughter is so rough lol.but that's why you get the free pair also been going here since I was 13 ill be 32 will always have my business wish I liked the contacts but my astigmatism idk doesn't feel right with them in

This is a family based business and have been in business for the past 20 plus years, the staff is very helpful and friendly. You’ll love this place!

Called prior to making appointment to verify my Insurance. All verified went in and was told that i had a deductible of $85? Didnt agree but needed exam. Paid the $85 + Credit card fee? Dr was great - one of the better thorough exams i have had. Told staff that i would let them know about ordering contacts as i wanted to try what the Dr advised. Called my insurance company to verify my contacts/glasses benefits and questioned a $85 deductible. Agent confirmed that my responsibility was $10 ONLY! Ins agent called the office and advised that i would be receiving a refund. When i went in to get refund processed was treated like i did something wrong - they tried to get over by overcharging me $75 and i get treated like the criminal. Its unfortunate as i really did like the Dr but the staff in my opinion is not ethical.

I’ve been to multiple eyeglass places on Staten Island, and I’ve always had an issue with them replacing the glasses if Something Happens they would always want to overcharge me. But I’ll be seeing you optical is great. They replace the glasses with no charge and they come with the warranty. The staff is also very professional and knowledgeable. Joanne helped me with my glasses she is great thank you guys.

My wife bought her Dior sunglasses and they looked amazing without breaking the bank. The owners are super efficient. Double thumbs up!

Great service! I went in for a new pair of glasses and they were very helpful and patient while I picked out my frames. They didn’t try to hard sell me anything I didn’t want, but helped me find the frames that fit me best. The employees here were very kind and clearly wanted what was best for me.
