IMA Industrial Medicine Associates reviews
21Worst place to send a child for a speech exam, my son was so stressed out and the lady that did the test was being so rude, then the people that had been waiting to be seen were using bad language in front of my baby because they were upset at the rude receptionists ugh
My husband's appointment was at 7: 30. It's now 9: 15 and he's still waiting. I have to wait in the car and it's 10 degrees out
The doctor lies to the patients, tells you one thing and tells social security a total different story and dont abide by weight restrictions and when does recognize they they add weight to it that shouldn't be there. They raised some major ethics concerns and I will never go to this doctor again and I'm amazed the state can have such a corrupt doctor on there payroll, but it's ok I appeled there decision and I have the doctor on recording saying I would never get better only worse so we will see what social security thinks of it I hope that doctor has a good lawyer they are going to need it. Also I think it's kind of cute that they make their employees come on here and put a five-star review and you know it's the employees cuz there's only about four of those five star reviews
Walk in drug tests can not be scheduled which is inconsiderate considering how long you have to wait to pee in a cup. Waits are understandable but having to hold a pee in for over an hour is not great.
Omg.ive an appointment in october, i hope anything that happened with you guys, witch im sorry to read that.goes the same way with me! Now im freacking out more than usual.lol.
I’m surprised on the receptionist that early in the morning she have an attitude already… maybe I thought she have swamped on her responsibilities as of that time but in a second thought she was just sitting and handling forms … but other workers are all friendly and accommodating… God bless their heart and the receptionist I hope you have better day!
DO NOT COME HERE, they have me waiting 2 hours for a drug test I need for work. This is crazy
Very rude receptionist. Not accommodating to the disabled people. They treat them poorly, but Social Security uses this facility. Very shabby seating. Horrible experience. When I came to accompany a visually impaired person was forced to stand out in the cold.
They called me 5 times to confirm my son's appointment the first 4 they were kind the 5th call I made a light hearted joke receptionist became nastier towards me for apparently trying to lighten the mood. Cold hearted people like her shouldn't be employed there. Its truly heart breaking. Your supposed to help people not treat them or their children like trash.
The staff is rude. The doctor are rude, He refused to listen to a word I had to say. He kept interrupting me. The radiologist took a picture of the wrong part of my back when I tried to explain to her she dismissed me.
I took my son for an appointment he ran off when we got out the car and was a little winded. The front desk clerk was very rude and dismissive when my 3 year old son coughed. She said “Oh no! We can’t see him while he’s coughing! ” I said he’s winded he just ran, she said nastily I just seen y’all walk from the car! And we’re not going to see him because he’s coughing. I explained to her I took a day off of work for this and this is not acceptable. She handed me a card and said call this number and reschedule we are NOT seeing him!
They are just rude and nasty people and I hate I have to even go back there, maybe this time I will tell my baby to hold his breath so they don’t kick him out again.
It was very disheartening to have employees threatening that your child would not be seen if they can't keep face mask up. When I reminded them that they see individuals with developmental and neurological disabilities not keeping mask up is not a choice for our kiddos. They are not being defiant. They are being themselves. Perhaps offer video visits and by all means stop threatening patience knowing that their future benefits hinge on the outcome of these visits.

The staff were very friendly and put up with a lot of rude people all while keeping their calm. They were all very respectful. The doctors were nice. There is little to be desired by scheduling. The office said they don't schedule for their own office so I guess someone else over books them. The wait time is long and hard especially when your in pain. I understand it's part of the process and nys send you there so you can't blame the office for the states requirement.
Absolutely terrible customer service. From the moment you enter your treated as if you a toddler or a criminal.
The Dr.was very professional & kind! The staff were very nice during this time of Covid-19. Thank you.
Was a very good experience the workers were nice and very professional the docor was very good
Scheduling or rescheduling an appointment is virtually impossible. Doctor was professional and personable. Wait time is a tad long, but COVID protocol may have been at issue.
All in all, experience was pleasant.
Not single parent friendly. I went for a drug test retake which was told last minute Was needed. Due to it being a the week of a holiday and also covid (none of the daycares in our area are taking new children) my 9 month old had to come with me I am a nurse so I took all the proper precautions made sure she was covered even offered to sit in the car due to staff saying she wasn’t allowed to be in the waiting room. I was still turned away. Called corporate and spoke to Chris who was very nonchalant and rude nothing was addressed. This is the only facility that does this I recently had a screening done at quest and they allowed my baby to stay in the room with the nurse 6ft apart with her blanket over her stroller for a 5 min drug screening/signing papers.
I was treated with respect and dignity. But the rooms could use some cleaning my anxiety level hit the roof. The dust and dirt I was looking for a exit I could not find. The doctor came in she helped and tried to get me to focus. The dirt was unbelievably bad. I did not want to get examined. But I made it. I wish when they put up a paper about cleaning that some one should read it. I had to come home and shower again I felt really dirty leaving there. Mentally and physically drained when I left.
The clinic Cancelled my VA disability appointment the day of and refused to reschedule. Hiding behind whatever ineffective policy they have about scheduling. Result was new appointment a month later sent 3 hours away out of state.
