Dr. Xue Yi Chen was the only doctor available on Saturday at Immediate Care Medical Walk-In of Bensonhurst at the time of my visit. Because of that we had to wait for more then an hour but it was worth it. Dr. Chen appeared to be one of the most knowledgeable and attentive doctors I've ever met. Despite of being very busy she spent decent amount of time examining my problem and giving me recommendations. Exceptional bedside manners, great attitude, beautiful smile! Thank you, doctor!

The girls at the front desk were nice and helpful. The “X-ray tech” on the other is Incompetent. First extremely rude then was unable to take an X-ray due to him not knowing his password to get into the system. Instead of him coming in and staying the real reason he was unable to take the x-ray, he sent the doctor in to lie and say there was something wrong and their system is down. I would not recommend this urgent care at all.

I've been here a few times and Dr Chen is amazing, She's been very helpful and attentive.ppl there are very nice.

The doctor askes me questions like I was a suspect in court. Rude and unhelpful.

I came here with strong abdominal pains. I saw Dr. Weaver and she is amazing! She saw me right away and took care of me. The staff here is wonderful and very professional. My wait time was less than 10 min, I was seen right away. The area is clean and very up to date. I would recommend this place to anyone. They have great patient care and great patient service!

Gone here a few times and always got in very quickly with no wait time. Drs are very nice and no exactly how to help.
