I tried to call to have a question answered but the lady that picked up refused to answer my question insisting that I won $100 and that I should give her my address before speaking to a supervisor. I repeatedly told her I’m not here for $100 and just wanted my question answered and she just hangs up the phone. What kind of service is this?
