This place has the laziest workers. The service is never fully done properly, always half job done; plus when it comes to oil changes, you’ll end up paying 100$ for and oil change and “full service” and the extra service besides the oil change isn’t ever done.

Went for the free vacuum which is nice. Doesn’t fit over sized vehicles. I have a sprinter that is 8’6 tall

The owner should care about the quality of his business more than the business of his customers. The place is not the same I stopped going there probably close to 20 yrs ago. I returned the other day in a pinch and remembered why I stopped going there. Not only did he raise the prices but he has less workers and that means more time for the customers to wait to get your car dried. D0M wash/ dry my car and stop being a wash woman.

The place is an absolute trash! Literally you get your car out the same way you bring it in. The prices are obscene for the level of service. $100 for a mid size suv.

Very disappointed in the service for my first time. Seemed like so many people waiting but the barely vacuumed my car and wiped the inside. Fit $33 I expected better service

This place used to be my go to but it seems like there are new owner or management. The prices went up and quality down the drain. I always get the most expensive wash and last 4 times the outside of my car was still dirty along with the interior. They barley wipe down and armorall the interior and I had to go to another gas station to finish the job. Not the first time this occurred and unfortunately I will not be going back there anymore and felt compelled to leave a negative review

There vacuum detailing sucks big time. You pay for full service and you get a half service. I complained and all

To start off I have been using this car wash for the last couple of years, every time I leave, i have to re-clean my car once I get home, as this place only cleans your car at 80% or less. The last time I came there, they had made an entire ordeal and placed the wrong wash on my receipt. Afterwards had to sit there with the manager to show him the video off my dash camera for a 30 min duration to show I wasn’t lying about the actual wash I requested. Furthermore they apologized and offered me a free car wash the next time I came. Well today that day came and they denied ever giving a free wash and instead stating they offered a free wax. These business practices are not professional, they need to build more quality into their place of business.

For a basic exterior wash, it's ok. They will rush you and miss alot of spots. Be prepared to finish the job yourself at home. Also, they do use brushes which defeats the purpose of "handwash"

This place has changed. Got a car wash yesterday and the car in-front of mine was stuck bc the car locked on the tracks. They made no mention of stopping the water or leaving our cars on the track for that long. Or shutting off my car. Once my car was finally released, I hopped in and my reverse light was malfunctioning and my battery was dying. Something happened on Saturday 9/2 and I will be calling them to find out. I used to come here 2015-2020 but my things have changed. Also the car was still dirty, they didn’t vacuum the center floor console area, or get smudges off the outside - so that was strange.

Solid carwash, but not perfect. On two occasions, had to ask the workers to dry the back of my car as it was still wet. On my most recent visit, the cashier was acting bizarre and having an argument with a customer and talked rudely to a customer that had called to ask about their prices. I'll still give them a few more tries as its a better wash than the place I used to go to in Briarwood.

I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years but kept going back because they did an ok job and they are close to me. However, I don’t think I’ll go back again. After paying $50 for their highest priced car wash, my experience today included the following:

1) a manager who told me that their most expensive wash did not include them wiping the seat with a wet cloth when they see shoe marks on them.

2) the same manager told me it doesn’t include wiping the exterior glass properly after the wash when sprayed with RainX that I just purchased from them.

3) multiple staff members who ignored my request when I asked them any questions or even asked if my car is done. (This is before I asked for a manager). It wasn’t even busy when I was there. They just stood there and looked the other way.

What I asked for today is what they’ve done every time for the last 10 years. I was shocked by how rude the manager was (not the first time) and kept saying that he’s owned the place for 25 years and they’ve never cleaned seats and wiped windows if sprayed with rainX, even after I told them they did it every time. He went on to say that my wash only includes exterior wash and I need the $200 wash to have them wipe the seats.

Its absurd how much they charge and still made me feel like I was being ridiculous for asking them properly clean the car.

I drove past the car wash, saw an advertisement about an oil change, decided to stop and replace it, the replacement period was just coming up, and at the same time they washed the car for free. Prices could be more democratic

The service is great and you get a free car wash when you get an oil change. All in the same place.
