Imperial Manor Apartments, Rochester NY

I only gave 1-star because of the potholes in the parking lots and driveways but will revise it to 5-stars once those repairs are made. Potholes are a quality of living blight and should be taken care of.

These apartment buildings seem very decent otherwise and I have an acquaintance that lives here and loves the 2-bedroom apartment.

The area is quiet and close to many places of interest, shopping, expressways.

It’s nice for the location! The neighbors I have in my complex are sweet. The only thing is the rent was raised but it is wonderful and the people in the office are Helpful. So far for my first apartment it’s great. Been here for 2 years now ️

The apartment I live in is “ok”, I live in second floor one bedroom, its clean well ventilated (which is important to me) never had problems with the maintenance team, I only call them for serious issues and they are on it immediately. The ladies at the front dest are very professional and respectful (Mariam is awesome). Now why 2 stars simply because the rent is too high for the property I pay almost about 1000$, not to mention that 2 bedrooms started 1700$ which is ridiculously high. I only renewed my contract because I had so much going on then and I did not have the time to look for other options plus could not afford the month to month payment. Hopefully the management will do something about it.

I lived at Imperial Manor while it was a fairly decent apartment the basement was a disgusting mess. I had to call the dept.of health because the sewer line kept backing up and management would not bring in a real plumber to fix the issues. The property is neglected, the bushes are overgrown, garbage around the property. I can't believe what they are charging for rent now! These apartments are not worth anything over $900.00. Just do your research and drive around the complex and check out who your neighbors are. I was stuck with two mentally disturbed people living below me. On a positive note, the women in the office are awesome.

Nothing but problems, Loud neighbors getting into fights on the daily ontop of management just not caring, many complaints made, nothing done

Very bed experience bedroom celling dripping whole water come in my bedroom people very lazy poor maintained whole building need to repair.

My grandmother lived in the apartments they were nice back then it looks like they've updated all of them so they still must be a nice place to live

This place is nice and quiet I don’t live here but I have a friend that does I’ve applied three times here and I got approved back in 2019 my security deposit was a little much! But I didn’t take the place now that I’ve applied last year and just not to long ago I’m just trying to think why I’m not getting approved if I got approved back in 2019 or 2020 so I’m just taking my own actions because I do believe they are just taking ppl refend but the people that works there are great but if your credit is not 100% but you have the income working two jobs that should only matters!

The places here are cute and the people in the office are very nice! Nobody is too loud or obnoxious and you're right by everything in Greece so it's super convenient

Love it here. Management is super sweet and helpful and apartments are really nice and cozy! Highly recommend!

My name is Kathleen. I have lived @ Imperial Manor Apartments since May of 2010. I am very comfortable here and feel the staff are always very helpful and friendly. When I need a service call the maintenance staff respond as quickly as possible and are very professional. The ladies in the office, especially Meriem are very friendly and go out of their way to assist me when I need help. She goes above and beyond what is expected, even checking on me after surgery! I love it here. The location is close to the Mall and grocery stores and on a busline. Thanks Meriem and everyone for what you do.

I have been living here for 7 years and this apartment is comfortable and nice. Area is quiet. The management staff and maintenance have always handled any issue and they always have been so friendly. Meriem and Christine are very knowledgeable and great. They assist with everything and never had any complaints about this place!
