The dark chestnut color is my natural hair (all virgin over 10 years). The beautiful copper Auburn is after a stunning lift (hand painted, so in love) and choosing Auburn as the direction I allowed Kalysha to determine the tone to result in a lovely balayage. I asked for something that complements my pale complexion and she did a fantastic job. She is very personable and easy going. I don’t intend on going anywhere else again. Ladies, gents, those in between and out of bounds, come treat yourself to all your beauty treatment needs. It’s worth every penny. I haven’t tried anything other than hair, but I have high hopes for each offered treatment. I’m so excited. Just do it

Pam was as fantastic as all the other reviews said. She took care of me and listened to stories of my life to get to know me. She’s super careful, but detailed in what she does.

My mother and I went here to get pedicures with Pam. She was very friendly and attentive during the 2 hours we were there. This was a much needed break for us, and Pam made it extra relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning in the future for this and other services with Pam.

I had Pam for a gel manicure and she did an amazing job. She made sure I was happy and was super friendly. I would definitely recommend her!

Maddison did a great job on my hair. She took her time with my color and consulted a co worker to get a second opinion to be sure it was what I wanted. I will be returning. Great friendly place.

Pam is the best! She gave me the best manicure. She really took the time to make it perfect and even added cute gem decals. I recommend.

My daughter went to this salon today- October 29th, 2021. You can see the picture of the color the way she 'wanted' her hair and how it turned out. Not even close! The front is PINK! $130 later and NOT even close. She should get a refund!

Got appointments for my kids for basic trendy short cuts. The stylists we booked with were apparently busy, so a 19 year old took it upon herself to take over. She reportedly took a quick look at photos they'd brought, and went to work. They asked if they wanted a wash, to which they responded yes, but were told that they'd just spray it quick instead. They are both crying now because their hair is so far from what they wanted. This is no better than a bargain center salon, with unskilled inexperienced people with no supervision, only more expensive. Very disappointed. Could have paid half this amount for this level of work.

Recently on my birthday 7/20/21 I went to get eyelash extensions. I was set up for a natural set but when I got there I asked can I get a long hybrid set and she told me that was fine she can do it. I got done and my eyelashes looked the same as I walked in. I have short eyelashes and mines didn’t look no different. I was angry because I paid $165 for my eyes to look the same and it’s 7/24/21 and they are already coming off it’s so bad. I recommend you to not go here and get your eyelash extensions they are over priced. Im from NYC and I would go there and get them done under $80 and Syracuse under $100. So I recommend not to go here for eyelash extensions, any other service maybe I wouldn’t know. Nice people, cute place, but bad service and outcome for what I got done.

I went to get my lashes done. It’s my first time getting it in Oswego. I didn’t have high expectations but I went in knowing it would cost me 2x asynchronous for the service I could’ve gotten in NYC. First my lashes weren’t there. Meaning she put like 10 lashes on my eyes and said my lashes were too short. I’ve been getting my lashes done for a while now and I’ve never had a problem with my sets. It was a natural set but it didn’t look much to me. I guess they do things differently over here. But I learned my lesson, never coming back. Would rather travel to Syracuse or back to the city.
