Indian Curry Kitchen reviews
20Would have loved to try but call declined first time and never answered my following calls. But it said it was open.
My experience is good. I ordered some veg biriyani which was great compared to any other restaurants near by. They have good snacks as well.
Very good indian food, a bit better than curry in a hurry in nyc, but 6 dollarsmore for veggie combo.
A little windex would help your appearance.
Omg, PHENOMENAL! Super fresh ingredients, amazing spices, and nothing was greasy at all. ️ I got Saag (without paneer), garlic naan, and Samosas. All were total perfection and very generous portion sizes. Prices are very fair. Delivery through Door Dash was quick. Thank you for a delicious meal! Will be eating from this for a few days. Haha
Average food, nothing special about it.some curry taste below average.
Please notify customers that if you are selling frozen Porota, when i ordered, i was expecting fresh porota, not factory made.your vegetable thoran curry is bit salty.
Owner claim they use pure spices and.i dont know about that. I believe you can do much better.
Found this establishment online, called in my order and it was ready in 15 min. I picked up my Paneer Tikka Masala and it tasted awesome - not too oily like some places. The portion was large and enough for 2 means in my humble opinion.
I shouldn't even give one star, but that is the minimum. I called them three times within 10 minutes, the first two times the line was disconnected. Since I kept on calling, the third time someone so annoyingly answered and said that they cannot take any order even for pick up after 4 hours, as they were busy cooking for catering order. This is the second time Curry Kitchen refused to take order as they were busy with catering order. What a shameful way to run a restaurant. Weekdays they want individual orders, but on weekends they only have time for large catering orders. At least show some business manner by apologizing for cutting someone off the phone repeatedly, rather than rudely say you are busy. Shama, are you still the owner or is someone else running the show now?
I tried to order 2 dishes according to their menu and they said we don’t cooked that. Staff behavior was annoying
Food is real authentic Indian.great aroma/spicy but at the right point, my only complaint, the meat in their dishes, could use a little more cooking time.
We have been ordering Chicken Biriyani over the years and are pleased with their quality. The flavor of spices used reminded me of Moplah Cuisine prepared in Malabar Coast, India. We prefer the dum Biriyani to be spicy as per our request made while ordering. Surely the ambiance needs to be improved. Their food has great value, which is offered for a reasonable price. Keep up the good work. We wish them all the best. Thank you
-2 stars for food. Ordered first time today. Lamb vindaloo. Before I ordered, I asked the guy if the lamb was fresh today. He said yes.
The food was not good. The lamb was very dry and hard. The naan was also very hard. It seems as if it was microwaved which dries out quickly. Serving size was huge, for an Indian restaurant. But I would rather have quality over quantity.
-1 star for decor. This is a take out place so there's no seating. However, it is in total shambles when you walk in and it makes you worry a bit about food cleanliness and hygiene. It looks like the business is in the middle of moving out or spring cleaning. Everything is all over the place and there is smudges of dirt everywhere. It's just not clean.
With all that said, I will try one more dish in the future before I settle on a final rating. While I have little hope that the decor will improve, Hopefully I'll at least have a better fresher food experience.
All i can say is WOW.what a chicken biryani. Great portion could eat it twice for a tasty reasonable price. Thank you Mr. Jacob and the chefs
Fantastic spot to buy food when in a rush. Their service is rapid, rates are affordable, fantastic mood. I highly recommend this place
It's a very good take out place for tasty Indian food. Price is reasonable. I would recommend it for all my friends.
Great ambience and super affable service. The food was fresh and yummy. Will surely recommend this spot to my friends. Convenient prices and large meals. Keep up the great work.
The only place to get good egg puffs.
5 stars fir Beef puffs.
Duck roast, rabbit roast and crab roast are superb.
Crab roast is a bit expensive but taste is excellent.
I regularly come getting some food in this spot. I like the speedy customer service and well made dishes. Fantastic work.
Go to place for authentic Malayalee take out food. We’ve to drive 45 minutes to get here, but worth it ever time. Tried their goat biriyani and chicken biriyani today - sent me straight to biriyani heaven. The portion size is also quite generous.
Excellent food, spicy but tasty (vindaloo is my jam), incredible tikka masala, meats are tender and yum. Amazing, unassuming gem in Valley Cottage.
I always stop grabbing some food in this spot. I liked the quick service and well made food. I recommend this place.
