7 One of the most amazing views I ever seen.
You should try to be at the view points around midday to have the best light.
The view point from the pictures is "fish hawk cliff" at start of October.
Amazing view at the top! The hike was long and strenuous at times, but definitely worth it. Parking is by reservation only, so make sure to reserve your spot with AMR in advance.
Absolutely stunning view at the summit. The last third of the trail is pretty steep. One of the most fun trails I've been on.
Perfect 11 mile hike, don't forget to add rainbow falls to the list! Short addition and very reminiscent of Iceland.

This hike, despite the biting flies, was one of my favorite hikes. The view at Indian Head was so amazing. I didn't want to leave. I can imagine how magical the sight would be in the Autumn. It's an 11 mile hike (round trip) so make sure you bring enough water for the trip.
A wondrous views of the lake. You must have water if you do your hike on a summer day.
