No stars these guys have been trying yo get my company to pay for something that has been paid for and after the experience with them we decided to do business elsewhere. They keep sending the same invoice trying to get us to pay even after i have sent them canceled check info! People on the phone are so unprofessional automatically blame the customer like its our fault somehow that your AP personal cant apply the payment correctly. This company is AWFUL and the sales man that calls I have reported and will continue to do so if he calls again.

I am absolutely appalled by Tom Rollins, who works for this company! I manage a motel, he called to see if we could use any products. Many times on the phone I told him I'm not authorized to make purchases and that he needs to send an email so the owners can decide. I mentioned, that out of all the items he listed, possibly the septic clear would be something we may want, but to send an email so the owners can decide. He shipped us this extremely expensive product anyway! Without permission! And now we got a bill for 126! He's a fraud and a scam artist and as a business manager, this is absolutely outrageous!

Trust the reviews, this company is a total SCAM! Everything all the other reviews mentioned, the salesman does. He is a fast talker and will give you "a choice of 3 free samples because he's hoping to earn your business" and then they immediately send you an invoice if you agree. When you call to dispute it, they put you on the phone with the same POS who scammed you and then he has the audacity to be mad at you as if he's not the biggest liar and scam artist out there. My company has filed a formal complaint with the BBB regarding this company and I urge everyone else to do the same. This company is predatory and needs to be held accountable.

SCAM! They send you product you never asked for and then invoice you for it! Then fight with you even after reporting them to the BBB.they need to be in prison.beware!

This company is a scam. Was told they would send me a sample that was free, if I liked it and it worked would I be willing to order from them, than hit me with an invoice a month later for $128. I called to tell them we weren't paying it I was told a sample and got the same sleezy salesman, claiming he reads from a card and he would never agree to send a free sample. I can recall the entire conversation and the only mention of price was if I was going to place an order for the future. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IT IS A TOTAL SCAM

Scam company, I receive a "past due" bill from them every year but have never ordered their anything from them

They have been harassing my business for a year even though we continually ask to be taken off the call list. My coworker was scammed into accepting a "sample" and lied to saying that me, the manager, had "okay'd" the sample and stated the sample would be free. They sent an entire gallon along with an invoice for $65. When called to complain, the "manager" John argued, saying we never asked to be taken off the call list, my coworker agreed to all costs, and that I! Was being rude for being upset and calling to complain. He stated that they are working on their business and that the "old management" a year ago used to con businesses this way, but they are new management and would never- then why are all the reviews saying the same thing from this year up until this week!? John had an answer for that too- that they were "resolved"- they are not.
He then said I can return the item and he will clear the invoice, never offered to send a shipping label so that $20 shipping cost will be out of our pocket for items never ordered! I don't believe for a second they will be cleared and as other reviews state- we will be mailed this invoice forever.

The only positive thing I have to say is that the "manager" is an accomplished scam artist and is very good at manipulating conversations.

This is a scam. They have now sent cleaner to 2 companies ive worked for and always is the same. We never ordered it. They clame we did. They wont take it back. Scam scam scam.

I agree with all the other poor review of this “company” They are scammers. Sent product that we never ordered. Very rude on the phone would not send return label to send back the sewer cleaner they sent.

Salesman tries to bully you about paying for a product you never ordered after they send it to you and you call them out on it and want to return it. Very Unprofessional!

They are a total scam! A sales guy using the name Jeff with a strong New York accent called telling me about a chemical seminar in my area which was 5 hours away. I clearly told him we weren’t interested and do not send me any product.
One month later a pale of drain cleaner arrived. I called the number on the box. The operator was very rude and then Jeff gets on the phone. I tell him to send me a return label and don’t invoice me.
Four months later I’m still getting product and I’m calling every month chewing on these scammers! They claim someone up high in the company is paying and has a contract which is a lie!

This company is a scram. They send product you did not order and bill you for it. I am reporting them to the better business bureau.

Complete scam company. They get the engineer maintenance person's name from your operator at your company. Then they send you products you never ordered with this person's name on the invoice. They then hope that your bookkeeper will just pay it, recognizing the name on the invoice. If you call them to complain they will give you the runaround. This is literally their business. Do not call them. They will record to call and edit it to scam you further. Just send the items back through UPS. No questions asked. Do not pay them under any circumstances.

Scam. Send product you never ordered and keep sending you a bill for it after admitting their mistake and apparently don’t have an accounting department of any kind so invoices stop coming. Phil doesn’t think its a big deal that they continue to bill folks for product that wasn’t ordered yo begin with. I don’t know what’s going on over there but someone needs to shut them down once and for all it’s clear by all the Better Business Bureau complaints as well as the Google complaints that this company is not on the up and up.
